7 Rudy s Bar Service Policies Bar tenders are provided by Rudy s Catering. We offer cash bars, open bars and a combination of the two. The bartender is $18.00/hr With and open bar: The bartender will keep a running tally of guests drinks for the evening that will be totaled up and paid at the end of the night, or the alcohol can be provided and Rudy's will simply serve it for you. With a cash bar: The guests will be responsible for the cost of their drinks. With a Combination: You may wish to pay for some of your guest drinks (a signature drink, or beer and wine) and have them pay for any other drinks (mixed drinks and shots). The bartender will keep a running tally of drinks that you wish to pay for. At the end of the night, the cost of the alcohol that was served complimentary to the guests will be paid for. So what do we offer? 8 SERVICE OPTIONS We offer a many types of catering service to best fit the needs of your event. Call us at to discuss pricing for the service options listed below. Often, we book up quickly. While in most cases we are able to act on a momemt's notice, we recommend at least 48 hours notice for delivery orders and one week notice for full service caterings, to guarantee your menu choices are available. Pick up Tell us when you want your order ready, and we will have it hot and waiting for you! Delivery We ll deliver everything and set-up it up in high-quality aluminum pans, with lids for easy leftover storage! Our chafing dishes are not available for delivery service. Delivery fee applies. Minimum order of $ Partial Set Up Similar to a delivery, but set up in chrome chafers rather and aluminum pans. We will come back after the event and pick it up, or you can drop it off to us. Service fee applies. Partial Service We ll set up the buffet in our beautiful chaffers, restock food from our hot boxes, and clean up after the event. One member of our staff will be there to help with the food, while your guests serve themselves. Service fee applies. Full Service Buffet Rudy's full service buffet is guaranteed not to run out of food. So you can just sit back, relax, and let us take all your worries away! We will serve your guests buffet style, setup, clean up, and even box up any leftovers for you! Service fee applies. Whole Hog Roasts If you are looking for a show stopping event, why not have a whole hog, cut and pulled on site?
