2 The Event Facility Two Venues For your convenience, Meadowlands Golf Club has a 2,800 square foot Event Facility that can accommodate up to 200 of your guests. This facility contains a cash bar, and is only available during the golf season. The Clubhouse The Clubhouse Dining Room is also available for smaller groups during the off season (November to April). This venue can accommodate up to 80 of your guests. Page 1 of 6

3 Information Rental for Event Facility (74 x 40; 2800 square feet) $1,500 Rental for off-season Dining Room $500 Meadowlands Golf Club will cater all food and beverage requirements. No outside orders will be allowed (with the exception of wedding cake). Set up includes 6 foot rectangular tables with navy vinyl table cloths and black cloth folding chairs (you may bring outside linens). A fully stocked bar will be provided. Last call is 11:00 pm. Music is allowed until 11:00 pm (music and audio equipment must be supplied by event). All guests must vacate the facility by 12:00 am. A minimum charge of $500 will be incurred for any damages caused by guests of the event. A fee of $250 will be charged to set up the facility prior to the event (starting at 7:00 pm the evening prior, as per availability). An additional fee of $250 will be charged if clean-up takes place the day after the event (clean-up must be finished by 11:00 am). Page 2 of 6

6 Location Meadowlands Golf Club is located south of Sylvan Lake, on the edge of town at the intersection of HWY 11 and HWY 781/50th Street. Red Deer: Only 10 minutes out of town, take 67th street/hwy 11 West out of Red Deer. Travel approximately 16 km and turn right onto HWY 781. Meadowlands Golf Club is your first right. Calgary: HWY 2 North, take Exit 401 (67th St. East/HWY 11 West), head West (left) onto Highway 11. Refer to Red Deer Directions. Edmonton: HWY 2 South, take Exit 401 (67th St. East/HWY 11 West), head West (right) onto Highway 11. Refer to Red Deer Directions. RV Park Out-of-towners have the option of spending the night in our R.V. Park. We have 94 willow lined sites, all with 30 amp power, water and sewer, a picnic table, and a fire pit. 7 Policies Decorations The use of open flamed candles and confetti or similar products is prohibited. Decorations on any of the walls are prohibited. Meadowlands Golf Club is not responsible for the damage or loss of articles left at the facility prior to, during, or following any event.
