1 Contract & Rental Information idgeville Banquet Center Menu Selections We offer a variety of menu packages for all occasions. Please visit our website at to see menus and pricing. Food is to only be provided from Jimmy s Grille. Minimum Person Count -- A minimum of 100 people is required to secure the idgeville Banquet Center for an event on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. A minimum of 50 people is required Monday through Thursday. Rental Information & Deposit The Room Rental Fee is for (4) four hours and is $500 for a Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The fee is $250 for a Monday through Thursday. At the time of booking we require the room rental fee as a (non-refundable) deposit. This deposit secures the date of your event. All tables and chairs are included with the rental. Guarantee Schedule & Payment A final menu selection & head count, along with payment in full is due seven (7) days prior to your event. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your event. We accept cash, money orders, certified checks, and all major credit cards. Additional Services: Please initial the following items you would like us to provide below at an additional cost. X Reflections (plastic plates & eating utensils, napkins, and plastic $1.50 per person X Glass Dishes (glass plates & silverware, napkins, and plastic $3.00 per person. X White or Champagne Table Linens & Colored Linen $5.00 per table. X Champagne/ Non Alcoholic $2.00 per person. (Includes 1 Bottle per table + glasses) X Bar The bartender fee is $100 and is payable to the bartender the evening of the event. Only cash is accepted at the bar; an ATM is located in our restaurant next door. The bar is fully stocked with liquor, wine, and beer. You can choose from a cash bar or an open bar. There will be no open alcohol in the parking lot or brought into the Banquet Center. If this happens, the event will be shut down immediately. No minors will be served. Please advise your guests to bring proper identification. Any minor under the influence will be escorted out. Decorating and Cleanup The room will be set up and available to decorate the day prior to the event, if available. a. There will be no decorations on the walls. b. After event, decorations must be removed within 45 minutes of the end of the event. All guests must be out of the building 1 hour after the end of the event. c. A $100 fee will be collected if guests remain in the building after the 1 hour time limit. Gratuity An 18% gratuity will be added to the final invoice. This must be initialed in the sections above and signed, along with the deposit before your event will be booked.
