DEPOSIT: $ ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. ALL CATERING MUST BE THRU JOE S BARBEQUE COMPANY, there is no outside food allowed. If you rent the center for an event with no food the rental is $ per hour, 4 hour minimum ($100 each additional hour) and a $ cleanup fee. Should you have to cancel your date and we are able to rebook that date we will refund you 75% of the deposit. DATE RECEIVED: CHECK #: AMOUNT: Payment is due in full by the day before your event. Anything added during your event is due before the close of the event. It is our policy that ALL events MUST have security that we provide. NO EXCEPTIONS. ALL events w/alcohol must have 2 security. Events without alcohol and under 100 people require 1 security officer. Any event with 100 or more people regardless of alcohol or not requires two security officers. Security is $35.00 per hour per officer with a 4 hour minimum. Initial here to show that you have read and understand the security requirements: TERMS & CONDITIONS: The renter agrees to regulations listed below as set forth in this contract and must be signed by an adult 21 years of age or older. The center will not be reserved until the contract is signed by both parties and is returned along with the holding deposit. 1. Joe s Barbeque is the exclusive caterer for Joe s Banquet Center. All arrangements must be made with an approved representative of Joe s Banquet Center. 2. All equipment and personal items must be removed from the premises following the event. Renters are responsible for any damage and/or theft of furniture, equipment or other items. 3. No decorations may be applied to the walls or ceiling. Staples, tacks, tape & nails are not permitted. 4. Joe s Barbeque Company and Joe s Banquet Center are hereby released from any liability for any physical injuries or property damage sustained by or to the renters and or their guests. Renters agree to indemnify and hold harmless Joe s Barbeque & Joe s Banquet Center for any physical injuries or property damage. 5. Should an event be cancelled by Joe s Banquet Center, in consultation with the renter, the renter will have the option to reschedule or receive a 100% refund. Any cancellations, either by the renter or by Joe s Banquet Center, must be in writing. 6. Joe s Banquet Center is a non-smoking building and no smoking is allowed inside. Also no fog or smoke machines may be used by any persons inside the building. I, the undersigned have read the above contract and understand and agree to the conditions within.
