8 SUSQUEHANNA CLUB POLICIES AND PROCEDURES The following policies will assist our staff in providing you and your guests with a special and memorable event. Reception Room Rental $ Ceremony Ceremony in the Reception Room with guests sitting at their dinner tables $ Additional Ceremony Room on a Saturday $2, Additional Ceremony Room Sunday through Friday $ Outdoor Ceremony $1, Rental Plus $2.00 per chair Plus $5.00 per table Outdoor Hors d oeuvres $1, Rental Plus $2.00 per chair Plus $5.00 per table Deposit $1, Deposit (if booking two rooms or areas the deposit is $2000) non-refundable / non-transferrable Guest Count and Payment To properly prepare for your special event we appreciate receiving: Your menu selection and full estimated payment 60 calendar days in advance. Personal checks are not accepted unless two months prior to your event. Acceptable forms of payment Visa, MasterCard, certified checks and cash. List of names, guest count and seating chart 7 days in advance, this will be considered a guarantee and is not subject to reduction. Children s prices: 6-12 years are 1/2 price. Children 5 and under are Free. Children are not included in minimum count. 8

9 Minimum guest counts Saturday Sunday through Friday Riverside Main Ballroom Maximum Seating Main Ballroom 220 Riverside Ballroom 150 Sunday through Friday package prices are discounted $2.00 per person (with the exception of the month of December). Time limitation on Ballrooms is 5 hours. There will be a $ charge for the use of Glitter/Confetti in the Susquehanna Club. Tapered candles or bubbles may not be used in the Susquehanna Club. All candles must be dripless, self contained and pre-approved. A $60 dollar charge will be assessed for any wax dripped on to table cloths. Open or cash bars: A service charge of $75.00 per bartender will apply if sales of $ per bartender are not attained. No one under 21 years of age will be permitted to consume alcohol. No food or beverage is permitted to be brought into the facility without prior approval (exception: wedding cake). No food may be taken from the club. Installation Commander reserves the right to cancel or change any function. 9

12 POST 1 Susquehanna Club Entrance Directions from Turnpike 1) Take exit 242 to I-83 South 2) Stay on Ramp, take exit 39A Lewisberry Road 3) Make a right at stop sign onto Lewisberry Road 4) Turn left at the fourth light onto Old York Road 5) Turn Right at the second light onto Ross Avenue 6) Stop at the Installation Entrance Gate and present our ID 7) Proceed to the Susquehanna Club (red barn on left) Directions from 83 1) Take exit 39A 2) Follow Directions from number 3 above Installation Access Policy Please provide the following information for your event at least five (5) days prior. Full Name of every guest 16 years of age and older. A complete list of names sorted in alphabetical order by last name. Vendors can be added to the bottom of the list and labeled vendors. In the event that the threat condition on the installation goes higher then the following will be in effect. All individuals 16 years of age and older must have an official photo ID and checked against the list to gain access to the Susquehanna Club Official ID is state issued ID, driver s license, high school ID, passport, military ID or CAC card.
