6 Venue Hire Charges RiverFeast is happy to supply you with the best venue in the Bundaberg region to host your function. Venue hire includes: Use and staffing of Grinners Bar Use of audio equipment (i.e. plug in your playlist and party) Necessary staff to service your function Waste management and clean up Amenities servicing and other essentials. Off-street parking for up to 200 guests Any hire for over 150 patrons that is a public event requires a security guard to comply with our licensing laws and for functions that are looking for over 150 guests, please get in touch with our functions coordinator. If you just want to hire the venue without any bar spend below is the schedule of fees. WANT A BAR TAB? No Problem Any combination of beer, wine, cider and soft drinks can be offered on a consumption bar tab. We can run a maximum of three different bar tabs per function.

Please note there is limited cold room storage, and facilities to keep food hot will need to be organised by the hiring party.

Some of these food vendors are available to cater private functions on request. You are welcome to organise your own caterers. Please note there is limited cold room storage, and facilities to keep food hot will need to be organised by the hiring party. You will need to advise us of your choice of caterer so that any additional staff requirements or additional fees can be discussed.
