5 Dietary Requirements Some of our items can be altered to cater for specific requirements. All requests must be made at time of ordering your selections Highly allergic guests may need to contact us separately to discuss requirements Failure to do so will incur added costs on the day. Please note: whilst we take utmost care with our food preparation, we cannot guarantee small amounts of trace elements won t be present in the final dishes Catering orders All orders must be ed through 7 days prior to the event. Deposit / First Payment / Final Payment As we do not charge room hire fees, we do require a deposit of $200 to confirm your booking. ALL PREMIUM FOOD PACKAGES & DRINKS PACKAGES will be required to have 50% payment 7 days prior. Final payment to be made on the night unless other arrangements have been made. Minimum spends No minimum spends apply outside of peak trading* periods. *Minimum spends apply to the last weekend (Friday and Saturday night) in Novembe, first three weekends (Friday & Saturday Nights) in December. Air conditioning & Heating All areas are air conditioned and heating in main Bar area Music We operate the Nightlife Music System It contains 20+ genres including thousands of songs. Music plays to the whole inside of the Restaurant/Bar. Sound can be minimized in both the Wine Cellar and Bar area should speeches be scheduled. Room / Area set up Rooms are set up with a water station, flowers and napkins. You are welcome to bring balloons, decorations, photos etc. Please NO GLITTER. Arrange set up times with us.
