Not only can you strike it lucky, but alongside the best bar you could imagine we ve thrown American pool tables, ping pong, karaoke, beer pong, mini golf, retro arcades and jaw-dropping food into the mix. The result? Event-perfection. WHY US Because where else are you going to get all to this under one roof hmm? We ve hosted thousands of bashes now so we re practically doctors in partying hard. These packages are for GENERAL HIRE meaning the spaces wouldn t be exclusively for your gang. They're perfect for smaller groups & are certain to knock your socks off. WHERE WE ARE We re at 8O-9O St. James Boulevard, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 4BN. That s about a five minute walk from Central Station. Available from 29 th November - 1st January HOW MUCH? 30 - Before 4pm 35-4pm onwards EAT & BOWL PACKAGE Enjoy the same package just without a glass of fizz for just 24 before 4pm, or 28 after 4pm A deposit of 10pp is required upon booking. All deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable.

8 WHAT NOW? (Q&As) Take my money. We take card details to guarantee against our T&Cs. If you d like to hear more about these, just give us a tinkle. We take different deposits for different package types (these are listed at the bottom of each package page) - all deposits are non-refundable & non-transferrable. What if I don t pay on time? For Eat & Bowl Packages: We take the 10pp deposit at the time of the booking with the remaining balance due on the day. For the Party Package: If we can't get hold of you, we'll cancel your event (boo!) and immediately capture a cancellation charge of 1O per person through the card used to guarantee your booking (really boo!). We may extend your payment window by 5 working days before this happens. How can I pay? We accept Visa, MasterCard or BACS payments. This package doesn t really suit me. No worries, call our team and check when we are taking general bookings. I d like more drinks for my guests what are the options? A pre-payment for a bar tab or separate drink tokens can be arranged prior to the event; ask your events guru. There are under 18 s in my party, is that okay? Under 18 s are welcome up until 7pm, or after then with prior arrangement on Private Hire packages (usually 4O+ guests). What if people drop out or more turn up than I ve booked for? Eat & Bowl: The 10 pre-payment per person (taken at the time of the booking) is nonrefundable and non-transferable. Party Package: If you ve paid the balance (1 month ahead), then you ll have to pay for no-shows.
