8 Terms & Conditions Provisional Booking A provisional booking will be held for 14 days at which time the relevant deposit is required. If the event falls within 14 days the time of booking, payment in full is required within 48 hours of the booking being made. If the booking is not confirmed after 14 days the booking shall be released without notice. The hotel is under no obligation to extend the booking unless it is confirmed by both parties. Payment A deposit of 50% per person must be received on confirmation of the booking. Please note that the booking deposit is non transferable and non refundable. Full pre-payment is required one month in advance. This is the minimum number you will be charged for regardless of final numbers. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking if full pre-payment is not received one month prior to the event Proof of payment can only be confirmed on production of a valid receipt. Deposits are non transferable and the value may not be used against any other service or product at the hotel. Confirmation of Numbers Final numbers confirmed and paid for one month prior to the event will be the minimum charged for. In the event of a cancellation or reduction in numbers, money (deposit and full payment are non refundable) cannot be off set against other services i.e. beverages, wine or accommodation. Additional numbers can only be catered for subject to availability. Accommodation Booking and rates are subject to availability. All bookings must be guaranteed with a credit card or deposit. General The hotel reserves the right to alter any dates or services within this brochure without prior notice. No food or beverage may be served or consumed on the premises unless they are supplied by the hotel. The hotel cannot pre allocate tables prior to the event or guarantee seating plans in advance. Smaller parties may have to share with other parties. Guests are advised that arrival drinks are served at 7pm and dinner is served at 8pm sharp. Entertainment consists of live background music.
