All payments including deposits are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Full prepayment is required 21 days prior to the event date booked. All reservations, dates and rates are subject to availability. The hotel reserves the right to cancel or postpone any event or accommodation reservation. Published rates cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. All prices shown are inclusive of VAT at current rate. Please note that Service Charge is not included. Gratuities at discretion. Deposits will not be accepted unless accompanied by a completed booking form. All prices and information were correct at the time of going to print and are subject to change without notice. Additional Terms and Conditions for Christmas Day Bookings A credit card authorisation is required as a guarantee/damage waiver for all bookings. Only food and drink provided by the hotel are to be consumed on the premises unless a prior arrangement has been made, for which a fee will apply. The residents bar will remain open at the discretion of the manager and service may be refused in certain circumstances. All children are to be seated during dinner service. All party members to arrive promptly prior to their allocated time for dinner. Service will start promptly. Private rooms will have 30 minute intervals in-between each party sitting for service. Private rooms are booked for 3 hours. Arrival drink stations will be clearly labelled for your party. The hotel reserves the right to ask any party or party member to leave the hotel.
