We use British produce and quality Asian ingredients to prepare authentic Vietnamese dishes with the perfect elements to create traditional flavours. Within the Vietnamese Kitchen we value our cooking techniques and the creation of original dishes using the best techniques.

Our menu will consist of 3 courses including our incredible sharing platters, main course and then a sweet dessert. Our bartender will be on hand to suggest what wines work best with the dishes you ve picked as well as our fantastic cocktail menu. You are always more than welcome to add dishes to your menu from our a la carte menu to make sure there is plenty of food to share Although Christmas isn t one of Vietnam s biggest celebrations throughout the year, Christmas Eve is regarded as a very important day and a day to party. In the largest city in Vietnam the streets are crowded with people with all the roads closed to guarantee a big celebration. People will celebrate with confetti and lots of photos amongst the Christmas lights and decorations of the city. Lots of restaurants and cafes are open providing treats and snacks to the people of Vietnam throughout this special day and at The Vietnamese Kitchen we want to capture the essence of Vietnam and create a special menu encouraged to be shared amongst friends and family other the festive period. Our kitchen will prepare a beautiful and varied menu with a selection of dishes taking you on a journey across Vietnam. Bringing you an array of flavours and aromas with a sample across our cooking styles with a perfect balance of flavour and texture. If there is something you would like to change or swap on our set menu we are more than happy to do so. Whether it be a buffet, canapés or a sit down meal we can bring the Christmas feast to you. From the comfort of your home or the office, our kitchen can create a fabulous Christmas banquet and bring it to your doorstep. Our Saigon street food deli can create the perfect platters, from our famous banh mi to our rice and noodle bowls. We can serve this up buffet style for all your guests to get dug in. We can also create a canapé menu to suit all your needs and wants. Guests can pick their favourite dishes from our menus and we can create bite size portions to be shared. Our summer rolls are a restaurant favourite along with our cha la lot, a betel leaf wrapped pork dumpling. We are also more than happy to provide serving staff so you can truly sit back and enjoy your meal. 7 BOOKING FORM TERMS AND CONDITIONS Preferred date of booking Number of guests For all group Christmas bookings the booking form must be Preferred arrival time completed and by doing so you confirm that they have been read and agreed to all terms and conditions. Name After receiving the completed booking form we aim to respond within 48hrs and will then take a deposit to secure Telephone your booking. If a deposit cannot be taken within 3 days your date may be released. Company A deposit of 10 per head will be charged (set menu) / 15 per head will be charged (feasting menu) / 50% pre payment Menu selection required for all home or office catering. Festive tasting menu For all restaurant bookings you can have the deposit taken Festive feasting menu off of your bill or refunded back to the same card after your Home catering meal. If guests do not show up the deposit per head will be non-refundable.
