3 THE DRAWING ROOM Situated on the top floor, the Drawing Room is a completely private space perfect for all day meetings, sit down dinners or intimate drinks parties. FACILITIES Wifi 42 TV Projector Flip chart and pens THE SNUG With its cosy sofas and fire place, the Snug is the perfect spot for a drinks and nibbles party with your work mates after a long day at the office

4 THE MEZZANINE Set overlooking the main bar, this space is ideal for those events where you want it all - both part of the main buzz yet secluded enough for more privacy THE PANTRY Located on the first floor, The Pantry area is dedicated to restaurant style dining, with our impeccable service and upstairs bar close by, The Pantry will ensure you have a fantastic dining experience

5 MEETINGS Our private Drawing room is perfect for team away days and both formal and informal meetings. If you do not need a private space, then we can definitely accommodate your meeting in any other spaces of the pub. To book our private room, we require a pre-order of one of the below packages for a minimum of 10 people. HALF DAY MEETING 9am-1pm / 1pm-5pm 15 per person Teas and bean to cup coffees Fruit and pastry platter Bowls of sweets Infused water Wifi and use of all equipment 4 hours meeting room hire FULL DAY MEETING 9am-5pm 25 per person Teas and bean to cup coffees Fruit and pastry platter Bowls of sweets Picnic selection for lunch Infused water Wifi and use of all equipment 8 hours meeting room hire Please get in touch if you re interested in add-ons for your meetings/team away days such as a cocktail masterclass or a drinks and canapé reception. EXTRAS Swap breakfast pastries for bacon sandwich 1.50 per person Enjoy a well earned drink in the bar once the hard work is over 5 per person T S AND C S Minimum of 10 people. After work drink add on will be 175ml glass of selected wine, a pint of selected beer or a soft drink.

11 T&C S SECURING YOUR BOOKING We are delighted to provisionally hold a booking date for you; however please be advised should we receive another enquiry during this time we reserve the right to ask you for immediate confirmation in writing, or we may release the date due to popular demand. DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT TERMS Your booking is only confirmed once we have received the agreed deposit pre-payment which will be redeemed on the night of your event. The deposit is fully refundable up to 28 days prior to your bookings date. Any later than this and we re afraid it becomes non-refundable. The balance is payable on or before the day of your booking. On arrival we will kindly ask you for a card to act as a guarantee against our agreed minimum spend requirement. Should the minimum spend not be reached, the balance must be settled on the day. GUEST NUMBERS AND PRE-ORDERING If you are pre-ordering any food, please confirm final guest numbers at least 7 days before your booking date. Please note that this will be the number charged to your final food bill. Please advise us if your guests have any special dietary requirements. SERVICE CHARGE For group and event bookings over 8 people we add a discretionary 12.5% service charge to your final food and drinks bill. By the end of your event we are sure you ll agree our staff deserve it, and if not, please do let us know why. SPECIAL REQUESTS Do let us know if you have any particular requests no matter how far-fetched and we will always do our best for you.
