4 RECEPTION SPACES INNES ROOM Cocktail 200 Guests // Seated Banquet with dancefloor 140 Guests A traditional reception space, located on its own private floor overlooking the manicured grounds of the university. The Innes Room is elegantly finished with a stunning parquetry floor, floor to ceiling windows and expansive private balcony. The room features a private bar and kitchen with exclusive use of facilities on your wedding day. This is a truly flexible space with a simple, open design that will suit any event style and configuration. Set the mood with a personalised soundtrack using our PA system. Venue Specs: Venue Hire $2000 Valid Friday & Saturday nights only Minimum bar spend $1500 (cash bar, package or tab options available) Venue Hire includes 5 hour reception hire (bar ceasing at 11.30pm all guests out by 12am) Setup of tables & chairs in the space as per floor plan including setting of tables with dinner setting packs Cake, gift & wishing well tables as required AV & PA system, wireless microphone & lectern for speeches 4 dry bars set on balcony Use of servery kitchen for caterers (no ovens available for use- caterers to supply) Round or family style tables with white linen table cloths 1 event supervisor for the duration of the reception to act as the point of contact Dedicated wedding coordinator to assist with supplier management, floor plans and details of the day. Bar staff 1 server supplied for all events, additional staff available for hire (recommend 1 per 50 guests over 100) Cleaning of the room & pack down 4

The Holt Room is the perfect space for those looking to host a large wedding without feeling cramped, with natural light and a private balcony making the room bright and airy.
