2 WELCOME Thank you for considering Dicky Beach Surf Club as a possible venue for your special day. Dicky Beach Surf Club is nestled on the beach, north of Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast with views of the gorgeous Dicky Beach. With two function rooms on offer, an indoor function room and an all-weather deck that can individually cater for 60 guests or if utilised together can accommodate 120 guests. We offer fresh, unique and exquisite menu options including finger food, platters or a variety of sit down, alternate drop menus to suit any budget and taste. We design unique bar packages to suit your price limit and menu choices. Dicky Beach Surf Club proudly work with Cloud Nine offering exclusive packages to our brides, this includes set up and pack down and a private consultations with the lovely ladies from Cloud Nine in their exclusive Wedding Showroom. Our expert team will work with you to create a tailored wedding package to ensure your wishes come true! It s your special day, so allow us to take care of you, so you can savour every moment with your friends and family. 3 O U R S P A C E S There are two function rooms available, an indoor function room (The Wreck Room) and an all-weather deck. Either room can cater for 60 people with a cocktail finger food menu or 50 people with a sit down menu. Utilising both areas we can cater for up to 120 people with a cocktail finger food menu or 100 people with a sit down menu. THE WRECK ROOM ALL-WEATHER DECK

Room hire includes white table linen, cutlery and bottled water for the tables. MINIMUM SPEND 1 Room $2,500 2 Rooms $3,500 The minimum spend is the cost to use the function room/s. It incorporates food and beverage costs, venue hire, set up and breakdown charges, decorating and full coordination. The number of guests will therefore determine the price per person. When choosing your menu keep in mind that the minimum spend needs to reach these figures.
