2 Congratulations on your upcoming wedding. We also would like to thank you for considering Club Maitland City as your wedding reception venue. Our two large function rooms are perfect for your special day. Not only do we pride ourselves on our food and beverages but also like to offer an experience you will never forget. Our Rooms Ruby Room Up to 250 Guests Diamond Room Up to 150 Guests The Ruby Room is suited for those with a larger guest list. This room is spacious with high ceilings and mood lighting to match your wedding theme. The room is equipped with its own bar, amenities and for something different a stage. Our Diamond room provides that wow factor. With a grand staircase leading to the indoor balcony perfect for pre-reception canapes and drinks. As you enter the room you will see floor to ceiling windows behind our dance floor for that perfect first dance moment. The Diamond also has its own bar and fit with a kitchen to ensure quality meals.

You are able to set a purchase limit on the bar account. Once this limit is reached you have the choice of adding further money or stopping the account and cash purchases can then be made by your guests. Wet Till Bar is open and all guests are welcome to make cash purchases. Club Maitland City enforces the Responsible Service of Alcohol

13 Terms & Conditions Confirmation Tentative bookings must be confirmed within ten (10) days. To confirm and secure your function a signed Terms and Conditions form accompanied by the requested deposit must be received within ten (10) days of the initial booking. Club Maitland City reserves the right to cancel any bookings not confirmed after ten (10) days without any further correspondence. Payment Full payment must be made seven (7) days before the function. Payments can be made by cash, credit card or EFTPOS. Bank account details may be requested if you wish to pay by EFT. Deposit Bookings for weddings require a five hundred dollar ($500) deposit. Cancellations For cancellations the following conditions apply; All cancellations must be notified in writing. Cancellations more than sixty (60) days prior to the function date will result in a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations less than sixty (60) days prior to the function date will result in the forfeit of any deposit. GST All prices quoted are inclusive of GST. Quoted Prices Every effort will be made to maintain the prices originally quoted however they are subject to market conditions and may change. All prices are confirmed three (3) months prior to the event. Minimum Numbers If your wedding guest numbers fall below our minimum number of sixty (60) adults, a surcharge of $450 is applied. Sundays & Public Holidays A surcharge of $4.00 per person applies. Room Hire Room Hire is a maximum of 5 hours unless taking a conference package. Function rooms must be vacated within thirty minutes of the finishing time. The bar will cease operation 15 to 30 minutes before your function is over. Confirmation of numbers Menu selection, beverage arrangements, seating plans and accurate attendee numbers must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to the function. Minor adjustment of numbers may be made no later than 48 hours prior to the function. We bill the guaranteed numbers or final head count on the day, whichever is the greater. Seating plans will not be altered within 24 hours of the function, an administration fee of $ will be charged if changes are made.
