2 Capacity Our Founder s Gallery can accommodate up to 150 seated guests Our Grand Lobby (Main and Mezzanine capacity) can accommodate up to 200 seated guests Our entire facility use can accommodate up to 350 seated guests and 500 guests for a strolling reception Our facility provides tables and chairs for up to 200 guests. We can easily accommodate larger groups by renting additional equipment. Standard rental rates will be charged. Recommended Caterers The Fox Theater does not have an exclusive caterer and we are happy to work with all licensed and bonded caterers. All Partially Hosted & No-Host Bar service requires a $150 fee, which will be waived as soon as bar sales exceed $500. This fee includes set-up & clean-up, bartender service and procurement of sufficient product for your event. Any outside alcohol must be approved by Fox Theater staff prior to the event and may be subject to corkage fees. Last call is 30 minutes prior to the end of your event time. The bar will close 15 minutes later.
