2 2018 Vessel Information and Pricing The Bundeena The Bundeena has a maximum capacity of 89 guests. For the comfort and safety of guests, numbers are limited to the following Buffet/Cocktail Style event 70 guests Transfer Bookings 80 guests Features Tasmanian Huon Pine Licensed Bar with bar stool seating. Harbour view side bench seating with comfort cushions. Harbour view buffet benches Covered seating at the rear of the vessel with Harbour wide views. Open outdoor smoking area at the bow. Central entertainment area Bluetooth compatible music system. Separate Ladies and Gents rest rooms. Facilities The Bundeena can accommodate the following formats or a combination or such BYO Food BYO Beverages Catered Events Cash/Consumption Bar BBQ Events Pricing Charter of The Bundeena includes Skipper, Deckhand and Cruise Officer. Minimum duration 2 hours. Day Rate to 6pm $1400 For 2 hour charter $300 for each additional hour Night Rate from 6pm $1600 For 2 hour charter $400 for each additional hour Any charter finishing after 6pm attracts the Night Rate for the full duration of the charter. Public Holiday Rate All Day and/or Night Rates and any additional staffing costs will attract a 20% Public Holiday Premium Due to the heritage nature of The Bundeena some restrictions may apply to events such as Bucks Parties, Trade Groups etc.

3 BYO Food and Beverages A BYO Service Charge of $200 applies to BYO Charters. Crew Required for BYO Charters For all BYO Charters of 50 guests or more an additional Cruise Officer is required at $240 per cruise up to 4 hours, $60 per hour thereafter. Further additional staff may be requested at $240 per cruise up to 4 hours, $60 per hour thereafter. The Bundeena will provide all disposable crockery, cutlery, glassware and ice. Crew Required for Catered Charters For all Catered Charters of 50 guests or more an additional Cruise Officer is required at $240 per cruise up to 4 hours, $60 per hour thereafter. Further additional staff may be requested $240 per cruise up to 4 hours, $60 per hour thereafter. Cash/Consumption Bar For Cash/Consumption Bar charters a minimum of one Bar Person is required at $240 per cruise up to 4 hours, $60 per hour thereafter. Public Holiday Surcharges All Charters fees, BYO fees, Staff fees and Catering fees on a NSW or National Public Holiday will incur a 20% surcharge. Areas of Operation The Bundeena is based in Lavender Bay and is capable of operating from most Sydney Harbour wharfs. A Wharf Fee of $50 applies to all Sydney Harbour wharfs (excluding Lavender Bay) for each pick up or drop off. Transfer Rates Transfer bookings of up to 80 guests within Sydney Harbour are available. Pricing is available on application. Pick up and drop off wharf fees apply.

4 Food and Beverage Options Catering The Bundeena can offer a range of catering options to suit guest requirements. With a buffet style side bar The Bundeena is best suited to light finger food casual dining with a range of hot and cold options available. A sample finger food menu is attached featuring popular choices with both Vegan and Gluten Free options. Our caterers are also able to meet any specific requests or dietary requirements you may have. A barbeque option is available on request. Beverages The Bundeena features a licensed bar accommodating beer, wine and spirit choices with soft drinks and fruit juices available. The bar can be operated in one of three ways Cash Bar With the Cash Bar option guests pay for their own drinks at the bar for the duration of the cruise. Consumption Bar With the Consumption Bar option drinks are charged to the booking party based the consumption, similar to a bar tab. A limit can be applied after which the bar becomes a cash bar, and guest pay for their own drinks. Beverage Package For the Beverage Package option drinks are charged on a per person/per hour rate. The advantage of the Beverage Package is that the cost of drinks for the charter is predetermined allowing the booking party to plan accordingly. There are three Beverage Packages available, the House Package, Premium Package and the Spirits Package examples are attached. ** Important Note** Regardless of the package chosen The Bundeena is bound by the Responsible Service of Alcohol guidelines and reserves the right to refuse service to any person or group of persons deemed sufficiently intoxicated to pose a risk to themselves, other guests or the vessel. In the event that a person or group of persons are required to leave the vessel the closet practical drop off location will be chosen, which may be some distance from the departure point.
