We re very excited to be a part of this important event and we are sure that we can provide a tasteful yet fun evening for all the attendees. We are sure you are aware of our stellar reputation and equally impressive attention to details. I think we can set the mood for that night and make your guests feel like they have never feel before. We are available for planning purposes between 10am and 9pm, 7 days a week. Your special event will be flawlessly planned and executed. We will oversee the entire event and since we know how time-consuming finding everything you need can be, we further offer to guide you thru the entire planning process prior to the event. We hope that will allow you more time and less stress. As far as the remainder, the only thing you ll have to do is give approval for the final proposal. From there, we can plan the rest! Our team genuinely looks forward to working with you. We will provided for you, our services list that we think will work for your needs. 1

3 COCKTAIL * Five Hours Reception including Reception Cocktail (45 minutes) includes: *Highball (6) tables with selected linens to mach de general decor will be provided. *We also provided custom made centerpieces with candles to adorn the highball tables * To welcome your guests to you event, our highly trained and professional staff will star passing a fine selection of 3 Hors D Ouevres.

4 *Professional DJ For Five Hours * Up Lighting in you Color Selection for venue. * Top of the Line Linen (Any design, color, texture and size. * We, at Events By Alejandrina, will provide specialty linens as part of our original proposal. The linens, with a selection of more that 5,000 options to choose from, will be available to you at no extra cost. No upgrade fees or any other fees will be assessed to your linen selection regardless of the texture, design, color or quantity. A free consulting service will be provided as well as a free linen trial prior to the reception day.

5 CHAPTER 3 We will provide your selection of chivalry chair in any color regardless of retail rental fees as well as cushions and napkins to match the general decor. Acrylic chargers plates will be provided as part of the original proposal and should be selected based on the availability of quantity and disponibility for the requested day. A further appointment will be schedule after finalizing the linens trial to determine the next step in the planning process: Centerpiece Design and Selection.

6 * We will provide a custom made centerpiece for all your tables to match the existing theme. Centerpiece will be created using different sizes, shapes, material and vases to brake down the perception on monotony and to give the reception space rhythm and texture. * The consultation service provided to create this custom made centerpieces are implied in the original proposal and does not constitute in any way an extra charge for the client. However, with the exception of some parts/items of the centerpiece, this creation will remain a private property and Events By Alejandrina will have the right to collect specific items after the event has finalized.

7 * We will provide a 5 hour open full bar for your event, starting with the reception cocktail. Our bar service will count with the finest domestic liquors with very well known brands. You will find as part of the bar the following types of liquors: Whiskey, Vodka, Rum, Tequila, Daiquiris, all kind of mixes, Orange Juice, Cranberry Juice, Heineken and Corona beers, Red, White and Blush Wines, Tonic Water, Club Soda, Coca Cola, Sprite, Diet Coke, Sunkist, Water. Also, glasses, ice, stirrers, napkins and Bartender services will be provided as part of the bar services.
