6 Gold Cup Beverage Service Packages The ABC License is provided by Legends Catering and all alcohol must be returned to Legends Catering at the conclusion of bar service. Legends Catering professional bartenders are required to dispense alcohol. Due to ABC licensing requirements, no outside alcohol is allowed. Legends Catering requires ID of guests who appear to be younger than 24 and reserves the right to deny service to anyone. Legends Catering reserves the right to discontinue bar service if guests become intoxicated. Open Bar Package Bartenders are billed at $30 per hour. The bartender is responsible for setting up and maintaining service at one bar for the duration of the event which includes two hours set-up and one hour break-down. One bartender per 50 guests is required. Legends bartenders are bound to follow ABC rules and regulations, including, but not limited to, checking identification, refusing service to intoxicated guests, and limiting the amount of alcohol served per drink. 7 Gold Cup Standard Terms & Conditions Catering Staff Catering servers and bartenders are billed at $30 per hour per staff member. A ten hour minimum applies per staff member. We require a minimum of 50 guests for all orders. Disposable Goods Disposable plates, napkins and flatware included. Deposit & Payment A 25% non-refundable deposit and a signed contract are required to hold your reservation on our catering calendar. The balance is due no later than Monday, April 30. Service Charges $250 per tent, 20% service charge and 5.3% sales tax will be added to all catering orders. Final Guest Count A final minimum guest count is required no later than Tuesday, April 24. If the final count is not provided by that date, the originally contracted guest count will be used. If the actual guest count in attendance on Race Day is 5% or more over the final guest count, additional per person charges will be incurred for the food and beverage packages. Tables & Chairs Tables and chairs are provided through VGCA Official Contractor and are the responsibility of the client. Client will provide tables for food and beverages. Linens & Florals Legends Catering can handle the linens and floral arrangements for your party. Basic white or ivory floor length tablecloths: $18 each Specialty linen and colors available: $25 each plus $40 delivery fee Floral Buffet Centerpieces: $ each Floral Guest Table & High Top Table Centerpieces: $35-95 each
