2 About Cullen Wines Cullen Wines is a certified biodynamic, carbon neutral and naturally powered estate; the only winery of its kind in Western Australia. We are proudly family owned and operated. Our grapes are exclusively farmed from our Wilyabrup vineyard and there are no chemicals used on the land or in our wines. Cullen Wines is a two hatted restaurant (Fairfax Good Food Guide in both 2017 and 2018 edition) which has five separate gardens for exclusive use in our kitchen. Our menus are designed specifically for each couple by Executive Chef Iain Robertson and his team. The menu will always feature the best of the season s produce and reflect the uniqueness of the area. Cullen Wines is also proud to offer Zero Waste weddings. Please ask for more details. Dining Room Our restaurant offers a warm, intimate and welcoming space for your reception. You can choose between a cocktail style event for up to 120 guests and a sit-down occasion for up to 100 guests. We are also more than happy to accommodate for smaller groups of less than 40 people.

Venue Hire Ceremony Our garden area is conveniently close to the restaurant with the flexibility of various backdrops for your outdoor altar. The Fee is $600.

The Fee is $ to hold your ceremony at Cullen Wines which includes 30 outdoor timber chairs. Reception There is no venue hire cost, however, we do charge for set up and equipment hire. This is done by quotation only depending on the number of guests attending your wedding. If your wedding falls on a public holiday, a minimum surcharge of 15% will be applied to your final bill. Set-up We are happy to set up all of your needs for your special day including table settings, decorations and other specifics, and can assist you with organising any additional occasional furniture and dancefloors. Accommodation The Cullen property also includes the family homestead and connected studio; a six bedroom granite and timber house with panoramic views. Sleeping up to twelve people, it is just a fifteen minute walk from the winery. Subject to availability, the homestead may be booked to coincide with your wedding day at a rate discounted by 10% percent to complete your wedding package.

4 Menu Options The menu options range from $70 to $120 per person depending on the style of function you require. We source the freshest local and seasonal ingredients to compliment the produce grown from our biodynamic garden, creating menus to match our award winning wines. We endeavour to provide our clientele with a memorable and unique dining experience. We also can tailor menu options for people with special dietary requirements. Cocktail Menu $70 per person (A selection of 5 standard canapés and 2 substantial canapé choices, please ask to see our current selection) Shared Table Menu $85 per person Two courses of shared platters (Canapés to start with is an additional $30 per person) Dinner Menu $90 per person Two courses, two choice plated dinner Dinner Menu $120 per person Chef selection of canapés on veranda to begin then a two course, two choice plated dinner Cheese Platters $50 per platter 400g of cheese with seasonal accompaniments We are more than happy to work with you to design a menu that caters for your specific requirements and budget. 5 Wine & Beverage Selection: All Cullen wines are available to select for your reception on a consumption basis or choose from one of our beverage packages. Our restaurant manager is happy to tailor a package particular to your needs, and your menu choices. In addition to Cullen s wine, we can also supply champagne, sparkling wine, beer and soft drink. As we are a certified A Grade biodynamic vineyard and winery, we do have strict guidelines as to beverages that can be consumed on premises due to beer containing live yeasts. If purchasing beer on a consumption basis we are required by law to have a light beer on offer as one of your options. Please note that there are limitations to the amount of beer provided as we do not keep this stock on site during normal business.
