3 Designed by Andy Carson, the 16 Eveleigh building was given new life in 2016 as the Creative Precinct, a central hub for creative based businesses to come together and do what they do best, design. The building houses a range of businesses across a variety of arts and creative industries that come together to collaborate. For many years the building had remained empty, in a derelict state, after spending a lifetime as a leather Goods factory The Wear-proof Hosiery & Sheldon Leather Goods. THE CREATIVE PRECINCT Focussing on the celebration of original Construction and Industry building materials, the design team utilised raw steel, exposed timbers & brick along with original large warehouse windows throughout to highlight the importance of process and character while creating an unmistakably beautiful inner city escape. 16 Eveleigh Street s varying and interchangeable spaces, allow for events of all sizes and type. The design enables the use for either small and intimate settings right through to combining a number of areas together for larger capacity based events. With 2 spaces available, the Henry Lee s Courtyard at a size of 187sqm, and the Garage at a size of 283sqm, 16 Eveleigh allows complete access for the disabled, and multiple amenities throughout the building, along with wall mounted heaters for outdoor events, an in house SONOS music system and WI-FI for its patrons.

4 SPACES. EVENTS.

5 Bathed in natural light, the Henry Lee s courtyard is the central space within the building. The courtyard s design focusses on the use of exposed brick, raw timber, a large cantilevered glass, a steel awning, warehouse windows and wall mounted heaters. Included in event hire are tables and chairs, SONOS sound system & plenty of plants to enhance and connect all the elements together. Measuring 187sqm the courtyard also provides access to the other spaces within 16 Eveleigh to allow for extended break out spaces & expanded larger style events. HENRY LEE S COURTYARD Henry Lee s prides itself on its fresh, seasonal and most importantly collaborative food stylings it brings to Sydney on a daily basis through its café business, offering restaurant quality meals and high end service in a café environment, most recently being recognized as Sydney s best new café 2016 in Concrete Playground s end of year public vote.

7 The spaces are just one part of the story with events at 16 Eveleigh. The in house team of specialists dedicate their time to ensuring that every detail is taken care of to make sure that every event has the wow factor. Just like the design of the space, each individual event held at 16 Eveleigh is treated as a unique experience. Tailored food & alcohol packages are created & customised by Create Curate Collective (The owner s behind Henry Lee s) to ensure that the food and alcohol match your event. CATERING A venue manager and stylist is provided at no extra charge right through from the planning stages to execution on the night, along with a highly professional and service oriented team to ensure the very best result.

9 Henry Lee s Redfern provides in house catering for all types of events and functions which can be tailored specifically to the requirements of your events using only the freshest & very best ingredients available. Grazing Table $10 per head A large and beautifully displayed range of cured meats, cheeses, crusty breads, nuts + dips. 3-Hour Canape Package $50 per head An all-inclusive service of 3 regular and 1 substantial canape selections from our cocktail menu provided for the total duration of 3 hours. Minimum guests required Hour Canape Package $65 per head An all-inclusive service of 5 regular and 2 substantial canape selections from our cocktail menu provided for the total duration of 4 hours. Minimum guests required 50. PACKAGES: FOOD Dessert Table $10 per head A large & beautifully displayed range of cakes, tarts + slices. Additional Canapes Individual Canapes $5 per head Substantial Canapes $8 per head

Minimum Guest number 50 PACKAGES: FOOD 5-hour, 3 Course shared Feast $125 per head Includes a fully provided menu selection & allinclusive service of 1 x shared entrée, 1 x shared main meal + 1 x dessert along with a fully decorated table set up + space hire. 19 TERMS & CONDITIONS We provide exclusive use of the Henry Lee s venue for each and every event & function type. Included in the hire fee is door security for the duration of the event along with full service and beverage staff, plus all glassware, flatware, crockery and SONOS music system. Venue Hire Fees (excluding Public Holidays) MONDAY TO SATURDAY 6PM 10PM $1400 Security Deposit + Payment To confirm your event, a deposit of 10% is required for the total cost of your event. Full payment must be made 14 days prior to your event. Cancellation Whilst we understand, due to unforeseen circumstances, it may be necessary to cancel or postpone your event, all cancellations made within 14 days of your event full payment will be retained. Guest Numbers Final guest numbers are to be confirmed 14 days prior to your event. Catering will be provided based on final confirmed numbers regardless of any reductions in number within 14 days. Responsible Service of Alcohol Henry Lee s is committed to the responsible service of alcohol. Intoxicated guests will not be served. It is a requirement by law that intoxicated persons are removed from licensed premises. Smoking Henry Lee s is a non-smoking venue. A designated smoking area will be provided outside the venue. Food Allergies Please note that although henry Lees is more than happy to accommodate those with food allergies, we cannot guarantee food is allergen free. Responsibility Henry Lee s does not accept responsibility for damage to or loss of any clients property left at the venue. Organisers are financially responsible for any damage sustained to the venues fittings, property or equipment by clients, guests or outside contractors prior to, during or after an event. Capacity Stand up capacity pax Sit down capacity pax Cleaning Venue cleaning is included in the hire fee, however should the venue be left in an unacceptable state, the event organisers shall be billed accordingly at the discretion of Henry Lee s management. Mandatory Fees Henry Lee s exclusive hire includes three mandatory charges. Food and Beverage Package per person, plus a venue hire fee. Tastings Menu tastings are available to you upon receipt of your deposit. Tasting are conducted weekdays from 3pm and are for canape menus only. Menu tastings are charged at $35 per person with a max of four guests.
