2 Dining Room Our Restaurant offers a warm, intimate and welcoming space for your reception. You can choose between a cocktail style event for up to 150 guests, or a more formal, inside, sit down occasion for up to 100 guests. We are also more than happy to discuss your

3 requirements for smaller groups of less than 40 people, and can accommodate you in every way possible. Menu Options The seasonal menu options range from $50 to $200 per person depending on the style of function you require. We utilise the freshest local, organic and biodynamic seasonal produce from our biodynamic garden to match our award winning wines. We endeavor to provide our clientele with a memorable and unique dining experience. We also can tailor menu options for people with special dietary requirements. Venue Hire The exclusive hire cost of the venue is $3000. Weddings held Monday through to Thursday receive a 50% discount on venue hire. Weddings during our low season (June/July/August) only pay a venue hire of $1000. If your function falls on a public holiday, a minimum surcharge of 15% will be applied to your final bill. There is no additional charge for holding your wedding ceremony at Cullen Wines. Marquee We can also offer marquee hire for larger weddings on our lawns. Please enquire within for pricing as these are wedding specific. Set-up We can work with you to attend to all of your needs for your special day including table settings, decorations and other specifics. Any extra equipment such as tables, chairs, lighting or extra toilets will be additional to the total cost of the event. Accommodation The Cullen property also includes the family homestead, six bedroom granite and timber house with panoramic views. Sleeping up to twelve people, it is just a fifteen minute walk from the winery. Subject to availability, the homestead may be booked to coincide with your wedding day, and at a rate discounted ten percent to complete your wedding package

4 Cocktail Menu $60 per person (A selection of 5 standard canapés and 2 substantial canapé choices, please ask to see our current selection) Shared Table Menu $95 per person Two courses of shared platters (canapés to start with is an additional $30 per person) Dinner Menu $90 per person Two course, two choice plated dinner Dinner Menu $120 per person Chef selection of canapés on verandah to begin then a two course, two choice plated dinner Cheese Platters $50 per platter 400g of cheese with seasonal accompaniments We are more than happy to work with you to design a menu that caters for your specific requirements and budget. 5 Wine & Beverage Selection: All Cullen wines are available to select for your reception on a consumption basis or choose from one of our beverage packages. Our restaurant manager is happy to tailor a package particular to your needs, and your menu choices. We supply Champagne, sparkling wine, beer and soft drink. If choosing beverages on consumption you can select these at a price per bottle. As we are a certified A Grade biodynamic vineyard and winery, we do have strict guidelines as to beverages that can be consumed on premises due to beer containing live yeasts. The available beers are listed below. If purchasing beer on a consumption basis we are required by law to have a light beer on offer as one of your options. Please note that there are limitations to the number of beer provided as we do not keep this stock on site during normal business.
