2 Dear Bride and Groom, Thank you for considering Stewarts Bay Lodge for your upcoming wedding. This pack contains details of our current wedding menus and beverage options. Stewarts Bay Lodge is set in a stunning waterfront location and situated just an hour and a half from Hobart on Tasmania's pristine Tasman Peninsula. Combine this with Tasmania s finest produce, a team of experienced, professional, friendly staff and you have the ideal venue for your destination wedding. At Stewarts Bay Lodge you have the opportunity of having more than a one day wedding. We offer everything, from a relaxed intimate gathering, to an extravagant multi day event. The choice is yours. Our experienced staff, pride themselves on providing exceptional service, so that you are free to relax and enjoy your special day. We are always on hand to assist with every detail required, ensuring that your expectations are exceeded in every way. Upon request we can forward you information and some special "wedding guest only" rates on our picturesque, privately owned log cabins and deluxe spa chalets located within our serene, coastal bushland setting. We are happy to offer a completely personalised experience, however, attached are some of our standard packages; please do not hesitate to speak to our staff to discuss your requirements. 3 The Ceremony There are many options for your wedding ceremony. If you are looking for a beach wedding, Stewarts Bay beach or Ladies Bay beach offer an amazing location for your ceremony. Both are just a short picturesque waterfront stroll from the Lodge. Our onsite restaurant "Gabriel's on the Bay" has a grassed waterfront area with expansive water views to the distant national park in the background. This location has a stunning outlook and is the scene of the majority of our weddings here at the Lodge. Within the Port Arthur Historic Site next door lies a ruined, beautiful, historic, convict built, sandstone church. This is available for hire directly through the Historic Site. Canapé and beverage service is available, within our grounds, post ceremony. The Reception We offer beverage packages and food choices to cater for all needs and requirements. The restaurant has three main rooms; Stewarts Bay Room which can seat up to 40 guests, Ladies Bay Room which can seat 60 guests, or the main restaurant which can seat up to 120 guests. $500 room hire applies to Stewarts Bay Room. $500 room hire applies to Ladies Bay Room. $800 room hire applies to exclusive use of the dining area / restaurant. We do require a minimum number of 50 people for exclusive use of the restaurant. All inclusive Value package Our all inclusive value package includes the setup for the ceremony (20-30 chairs plus clothed signing table on our front lawn area only) 4 canapés to be served after the ceremony whilst guests mingle and socialise within our grounds. And for the reception an amazing selection of shared platters featuring the best Tasmanian produce plus beverages. For dessert we will serve your wedding cake onto shared platters. Or for an extra $2 per person we will plate and serve with whipped cream and seasonal berry sauce. A self serve tea and coffee station will be provided for your guests at the time of serving your wedding cake. Cost: $125 per person with 5 hour House beverage package. (See below) or $147 with a 5 hour Tasmanian beverage package. (See below)

7 Additional Information The room hire holding deposit is non-refundable within 6 months of your event. Numbers are to be confirmed 14 days prior to the event. Confirmed numbers will be invoiced. Payment is required within 24 hours following the event. For stand up events, wedding cake (supplied by wedding couple) can be served in lieu of dessert. The cake will be cut and 3.5pp, additionally cake can be served with cream & seasonal berry 4.5pp Beverages packages can be extended or charged on a consumption basis in consultation with the Events Manager. Children s menus are available on request and priced accordingly. Meal size is suitable for a child up to the age of approximately 12 years. Cost is $16 includes soft drink. Special dietary requirements are catered for on request. Please note that due to seasonality & availability, menu items may change slightly (please confirm with Events Manager closer to the date of your event). Menus must be finalised 2 weeks prior to the event. Prices are inclusive of GST and current for 2018 calendar year. In consideration of other guests and local residents we ask that all music cease at 11.30pm. The bar will cease service at 11.30pm and the building is to be vacated by 12pm. A labour surcharge of $4 per person, per half hour will apply for events that continue after midnight this is in addition to beverage charges. Stewarts Bay Lodge reserves the right to on charge for any damage to property and any excessive cleaning, and glassware replacements required after the event. Stewarts Bay Lodge Restaurant is a licensed premise and as such it is unlawful for guests to bring alcohol into the building or onto the terrace area.
