Beautiful by day or night, the Garden Conservatory can accommodate up to 130 guests banquet with dance floor or 180 cocktail style. Supplier meals $40.00 Fairy lights decorating the ceiling beams Hi Top tables $45.00 each Overtime charge To extend your function past the hours of your assigned venue hire charges apply, extension of time must be arranged prior to the day: This charge is venue hire only. All beverages consumed within the extended time will be charge on consumption or cash bar unless a part of the package. Contact the coordinator for this cost. Accommodation The bridal suite is complimentary to you the evening of your wedding, including a buffet breakfast. Briars Country Motel has 30 accommodation lodge style rooms available for you to book in advance for your guests. A three bedroom self-contained apartment is also available on site. Once rooms have been held all correspondence associated to room bookings goes to Briars Country Motel on or briars@briars.com.au. Ceremony on Grounds When you book your package at Briars you have the sole use of the grounds and Gazebo for your Ceremony this includes a white linen clothed signing table with two decorative iron chairs for the bride and groom. White cushion ceremony chairs are positioned at your chosen location additional seating can be arranged through Briars, charges apply. Wet weather option offers the use of the guest lounge area for ceremony up to 120 in attendance. Please note that the use of the grounds for your ceremony does not include any additional setup, decoration, seating not included in your package or responsibility of returning hired sundry items. All items you supply for the ceremony must be removed the following morning and returned to the supplier unless arranged otherwise. No reduction on package price for ceremony off site, included is exclusive use of grounds on the day. Historic Inn The Historic Inn offers the perfect location for guests to meet up between ceremony and reception arrangements can be made to utilise this option when finalising your details. Pre wedding dinners are also a popular option.

12 Terms and Conditions As it is important to all of us that your event is successful, we would appreciate your attention to the following policies: Confirmation of Booking Confirmation of booking with a deposit of $ Following the receipt of you deposit you are agreeing to and confirming your understanding of the terms and conditions, provided to you in your wedding kit and confirmation letter. Guaranteed Numbers To ensure a maximum efficiency in the preparation and execution of your event, we require a guaranteed number of guests 10 days prior to the event. This number will be regarded as the minimum number for catering and charging, no refund will be issued if final numbers fall below within the 10 days. All pricing is based on the confirmed package price and additional items will be charged at the appropriate price. Minimum numbers are based on adults attending. Venue Hire All pre wedding access to the Briars Garden Conservatory for setup is subject to availability and at a time agreed by Briars. Venue hire commences at your reception start time and ceases at the time stated on your run sheet. Any time outside of your reception agreed times Briars has access to the Garden Conservatory for the purpose of inspections. Access to the room for any supplier setup must be arranged and agreed to with Briars prior to the day. The delivery of items required for your reception by you/supplier must be to the coordinator or someone designated by them. Every effort is taken to ensure that all prior arrangements are meet on the day. Briars however will not be responsible if items that may go astray due to them not being delivered to the correct person nominated by Briars. Please provide a contact number on the day for such arrangements. Wet weather In the case of bad weather the ceremony will be held in the lounge area and setup of this area needs to be carried out at a minimum of (1) one hour prior to the time. Ceremony access time in the lounge is (1) hour for the ceremony. Guests are to vacate the area after the ceremony and to follow the prior arrangements agreed to. No petals, bubbles or certain items are allowed in this area and should be discussed prior with the coordinator to avoid cleaning costs Menu Selection Please advise menu selection at least 14 days prior to the day, allowing us to give the necessary time and thought to your requirements. All dietary requirements must accompany the final menu selection. If not notified of dietary requirements we cannot guarantee their service.

13 Time Extension If you wish to extend the length of your reception we would be only too happy to accommodate your request where possible. However charges do apply and must be arranged at the time your final details are being confirmed. Terms and Payments Once your deposit has been paid confirming your date a follow up payment of $5000 is required 60 days prior to your day. Full payment must be received and acknowledged 10 days prior to the day. Payment details in the way of credit card are required to cover any incidentals that may arrive on the day. Damage and Loss Clients will be financially responsible for any damage sustained to the property during their event with the commencement of ceremony. The client is responsible for retrieving all of their items used for decoration during the ceremony on grounds and throughout your reception no later than the following morning. Briars takes no responsibility for items left behind. Insurance The hotel will take all necessary care but accepts no responsibility for damage or loss of items prior to or after the ceremony, reception. Management suggests that organisers arrange their own insurance to cover any valuable articles. Cancellation In the event of cancelation you forfeit your deposit of $ If cancelling 60 days prior you forfeit the full deposit of $ Six months notice to be given if original wedding date is shifted to another date with full deposit transferred. If original date is changed and deposit transferred additional package charges may apply please talk to your coordinator to confirm package pricing. Price Variations Whilst every endeavour is made to maintain prices as originally quoted, prices are subject to alterations when bookings are made 12 months in advance. Please contact your coordinator to discuss any increases; change of date may also alter package prices. Please note that a $500 surcharge applies to all Sunday bookings.
