Walk into our beautiful, newly constructed building and experience an ambiance of refined rustic elegance and charm. From intimate small champagne and canapé wedding receptions, to a grand celebration with exclusive access to the entire property, Sea Breeze will create and customize your perfect wedding vision. Sea Breeze is recognized for its unique character and surroundings. Our 11 acres of oceanfront property includes a dining room accommodating groups up to 200 people and 16 onsite cottages.

With vaulted ceilings and ocean views from all points of the dining room, the unique space provides the perfect stage for picturesque wedding receptions. The following pages offer sample menus, including canapés, buffet dinners and desert options. Our catering staff will work with you to create a menu specific to your tastes. Personal choice and budget are considered in each menu we create.

6 Wedding Cakes Menu Options Our in-house pastry chef can create a wide range of custom specialty cakes and desserts. Please inquire with us for pricing. Some choose a time limit for host bar, some offer beer and wine only. We offer a corkage fee of $15 for those wishing to bring their own wine and champagne for their reception. Alternatively, a selection of locally made wine is available.

7 Sea Breeze Lodge Cottages Sixteen comfortable one and two bedroom cottages provide on-site accommodation for up to 70 of your guests. Additional accommodation can be found at if your party exceeds our capacity. When you reserve all of our accommodation upon booking, your group has exclusive access to the lodge. Our gorgeous waterfront property offers your guests a relaxed stay with a short walk to both ceremony location and reception. Additional property amenities include a cliffside hot-tub, a grass tennis court and various lawn games. Our beachfront cottage offers a secluded and romantic stay for the bride and groom.

9 Additional Information Booking Procedures/Policies A $2500 non-refundable deposit is required to book your wedding at Sea Breeze. This entitles you to exclusivity at the lodge, meaning no other guests are onsite during your event. This also commits you to a two-night minimum in our cottages as well as a 3 meal 80-person minimum in our restaurant. The meals are a meet and greet dinner on the day that you arrive, the main wedding reception and breakfast or brunch the following day. We ask that you allocate your guests to the cottages to maximize the accommodation. This also allows you to situate people together appropriately. We are happy to hold all accommodation for your party under your deposit but do ask that guests check in upon arrival and guarantee their room charges with a visa or master card. This ensures that any individual room charges will be paid for by your guests and helps avoid any billing confusion. You may decide to host the meals and you can let us know what to expect as far as who is paying for what. Our venue charge is $1500.
