Our beautiful setting and facilities are only surpassed by our cuisine, service, and attention to detail. Let our experienced staff help you make your day perfect. 14 Frequently Asked Questions At what time may we have access to the facility? You are able to have access to the facility the day of the wedding. In the event the facility is not booked the day pri you may have access at that time. When must our decations be removed? All decations etc. must be removed day of. If the facility is not booked the following day you may have access at that time. How many guests can your facility accommodate? Our main banquet hall accommodates 156 people f dinner and our attached members lounge accommodates up to 65 people. What time does the bar close and music stop? The bar closes, and music stops at 1am. How long is the bar open? The bar is open f the cocktail reception, closed during dinner service, and opens back up after dinner. When can we book a rehearsal? You are welcome to book your rehearsal whenever it is convenient f you, providing we can accommodate your request. Do we get to taste the food pri to the event? Yes, we host a spring tasting dinner f maximum two guests, a small fee f additional guests. Occasionally, other times will be available. What do we pay f children (12 years and younger)? We offer Chicken Fingers & Fries that will also include the same starter and dessert as dered f your guests f $ Is there a room f the Bridal Party to get ready? Yes, we supply locker rooms f the bridal party. (Complimentary)

15 Can you accommodate dietary restrictions? Yes, we certainly can accommodate all dietary restrictions. Please indicate such restrictions to our food services representative when discussing your meal options. Do you offer discounts f off-season weddings? Yes, we do offer discounts f off-season weddings as well as f Fridays and Sundays during the prime season. Please contact us f a personalized quote. Are guests allowed to leave their cars in the parking lot overnight? Yes, you and your guests are welcome to use the parking lot overnight free of charge. How do we pay f the wedding? An initial deposit of $1500 is required at the time of booking. Visa Mastercard accepted. A second deposit of $1500 is due 30 days pri to the event. We will provide you with a complete estimate with all costs. Full Payment of your wedding is required 10 days pri to the event. We will reconcile your account following the event to determine if there is a balance owing a refund required. Are we able to bring our own wine? Yes, we allow you to bring your own wine with a ckage fee. How many guests can fit per table? A maximum of 8 guests can sit at one table. Will there be unexpected patrons interrupting our event? You have the option to rent the Pub Area starting at 4pm f a fee of $250.
