2 Hospitality Packages There are six different packages on offer during our Christmas Celebration Race Nights in Season 2016/17: Tiered Dining Room Champions Room - Mix n Mingle Committee Room - Dining Package Home Straight Marquee - Gourmet BBQ Package The Long Room - Mix n Mingle Stalls Enclosure - Mini Marquee Package The first race will begin at 6.45 with the last of seven races at 10.15pm. Please note that race times are only approximate and will be confirmed at midday on the Wednesday prior to the meeting. With great food, entertainment and non-stop racing action, our hospitality packages are the perfect way to enjoy racing under the country stars with clients, colleagues and friends. Tiered Dining Room Tiered Dining: $100 pp - 6 guests per table An ultimate dining experience on the 1st floor of our tiered dining grandstand. Experience a night at the Cranbourne races like never before, with sweeping views across the race course from inside the fully glassed Members Reserve. Admission & racebook Exclusive tiered dining 6 guests per table Cash bar - drinks at standard prices Fully Waited Tote facilities

Champions Room Mix & Mingle Function: $150 pp The premier viewing and dining room at Cranbourne Turf Club is located on level one.

Entertainment in the room Beverage package 1 (beer, wine, sparkling & soft drinks) served form 6pm-10.

Tables are set for ten people - Bookings of less than ten people may have to share a table.

3 Champions Room Mix & Mingle Function: $150 pp The premier viewing and dining room at Cranbourne Turf Club is located on level one. The Champions room offers fantastic views of the race course with full glass frontage and access to the grandstand. Entertainment in the room Beverage package 1 (beer, wine, sparkling & soft drinks) served form 6pm-10.30pm Private Totaliser Facilities Spirits are available to purchase at the bar at standard prices Available on the 10th & 23rd December 2016 Committee Room Dining Room Package: POA (100+ guests) Tables are set for ten people - Bookings of less than ten people may have to share a table. Located on Level One, the Committee Room offers fantastic views of the race course with its position overlooking the Mounting Yard and opposite the winning post with access to grandstand seating. Christmas themed Room Fully Tailored meal package Tailored Beverage Package pm Private Tote Facilities Private Toilets Linen & Table Centre pieces Available on 23rd December 2016 Home Straight Marquee Gourmet BBQ Party Marquee: $140pp (Minimum 40 people) Get a group of friends, clients or work colleagues together, and experience all the thrills of racing in your exclusive marquee. Enjoy the occasion mixed with all the colour, glamour and excitement that a night at the races provides. This Mix N Mingle package is on the ground floor of the new grandstand and can accommodate 300 guests. Entertainment in the room Beverage package 1 (beer, wine, sparkling & soft drinks) served form 6pm-10.30pm Private Totaliser Facilities Spirits are available to purchase at the bar at standard prices It all happens at the Stalls Enclosure Mini Marquee: $365 for 10 people Mini Marquees provide a perfect base and shelter for small groups. Positioned amongst all the racing action a Mini Marquee will provide you with an ideal base for a picnic dinner in your own private enclosure. 3m x 3m Marquee Table and Ten Chairs Does not include Admission (Admission can be pre-purchased for $10 per adult. Food & Beverage Packages are not available with Mini Marquees bookings Alcohol can be purchased on course at a bar near your marquee. No BYO permitted.
