All members MUST have their membership cards displayed on them at all times. Security Guards will ask for proof of membership upon arrival. Membership cards can not be used by other guests to obtain entry through the front gate or into the Members. NO MEMBER FOR A DAY PASSES WILL BE ISSUED ON ST PETER S CAULFIELD CUP RACE DAY. If you have lost your membership cards prior to St Peter s Caulfield Cup Day a $100 replacement price will be required. The RJC asks for at least a weeks notice to arrange replacement cards. Lost cards will be cancelled and Security will have a list of all lost card numbers.

4 Mount Archer Village Marquee Private Marquees - $55 per person Get a group together of more than 20 people for your own marquee. 4.5m x 10m Fenced sections within a large marquee 4.5mx 3m Courtyard at entry to private marquee General admission to the course and to reserved private marquee. (armbands are provided) Marquees are located just off trackside with big screen viewing adjacent to the village. Selected beverage option at RJC Bar Prices. Platter Options 1. Sandwich Platter-serves 20 people $100 (20 rounds mixed sandwiches) 2. Cheese Platter serves 20 people $ Hot Finger Food Platter-serves 20 people $140 (80 pieces of mixed finger food, with sauces) 4. 5 Veuve Clicquot Enclosure The Archer Pavilion $145 per person includes: 4 complimentary drinks tickets redeemable for 1 glass of Veuve Clicquot. Prawn and Oyster Platters per table on arrival. Served with fresh lemon cubes and a selection of sauces. Grazing boards served with a selection of antipasto, cheeses, deli meats, sundried tomatoes, olives and breads. (size of platter is worked out on per table booking) Individual Veuve Clicquot boxed vanilla cup cake per person. General Admission Entry to the Archer Pavilion with reserved table. Judges on the day will be provided by Stockland Rockhampton.
