2 LEONARD COHEN AT BIMBADGEN CONCERT & DINING PACKAGE Book a Concert & Dining package at Bimbadgen on Saturday 23rd November to enjoy Leonard Cohen with special guests. The Concert and Dining package includes a serviced bar and dining area in a deluxe marquee at the perimeter of the venue and a reserved seat within the Bimbadgen amphitheatre.

Arrival: Please aim to arrive at the venue by 3.00pm for a 3.30pm commencement. If you wish to park in the Concert & Dining Car Park, you must display the Car Park ticket on your dashboard.

Entry Gate. Please note, the Concert & Dining Entry Gate is located beside Entry 2 and highlighted on the Bimbadgen Site Map on page 6.

This will be sent to you when you book your ticket If travelling by coach or getting dropped off you will be required to walk from the drop-off area and enter the venue through the Concert & Dining Entry Gate. Please note, the Concert & Dining Entry Gate is located beside Entry 2 and highlighted on the Bimbadgen Site Map on page 6. Present your Ticketmaster ticket at the Concert & Dining entry gate and make your way to the Concert & Dining marquee. At the marquee entrance, you will be issued a wristband. You must wear your wristband at all times to access and obtain complimentary service in this area. The dress code in the marquee is neat casual. Please retain your Ticketmaster ticket as you will need to show the ushers when you move to your reserved seat to watch the concert. 4 SERVICE & MENU Below is an estimated time of service for the evening 3.30pm Welcome Canapés and Sparkling Entreés alternate serve Pork neck terrine, citrus, sage, candied walnut crumb Rolled chicken, vanilla pumpkin puree, caramelised plum Main alternate serve Confit duck maryland, potato fennel puree, peaches, duck jus African spiced lamb shoulder, sweet potato fondant, Moroccan spiced polenta, chermoula emulsion Dessert alternate serve Orange chocolate tart, chocolate crumble, mascarpone, coconut marshmallow Crème brulée, caramel popcorn, caramel shortbread, caramel sauce 8.30pm Package ceases Sit back, relax and enjoy the stunning views of the Barrington Ranges or get up and dance the night away with music from Leonard Cohen. * These times may vary with artist timing. Food & Beverage Service: Your three course dining & beverage package will commence with a half hour of canapés and Bimbadgen Sparkling wine served from 3.30pm. Your dining will be catered for by the award winning Esca Bimbadgen restaurant and will be accompanied by a selection of premium Bimbadgen wines, premium beer and soft drinks. This beverage package will cease at 8.30pm*. Seating at shared tables (of 10) will be booked to ensure the comfort of all guests in the marquee. If you wish to be seated with other friends or colleagues, please contact Bimbadgen on after purchasing your tickets to arrange your table booking number. You will be dining in a luxury marquee overlooking lush Hunter Valley vineyards across to the Barrington Ranges on the horizon; however this marquee does not have direct view of the stage. Each ticket has an allocated seat in the Concert and Dining section of the reserved * Subject to change in accordance with the promoter.
