2 WELCOME TO THE FEVER-TREE CHAMPIONSHIPS We are delighted to welcome you to our exclusive Hospitality Village at The Queen s Club. The exceptional grass courts and participation of the top players in men s tennis combine to provide an unrivalled and exclusive hospitality experience at which to entertain. In 2015, the Fever-Tree Championships was elevated to ATP World Tour 500 status meaning the tournament became bigger and better than ever before. We hope that you find this guide useful - It should answer many if not all of the questions you or your guests may have. Individual documentation including passes will be with you approximately two weeks before the event. We are sure that you will have a wonderful time with us and look forward to welcoming you on your chosen day. 5 FEVER-TREE CHAMPIONSHIPS THE FEVER-TREE CHAMPIONSHIPS VENUE MAP AND TICKETING INFORMATION Your event documentation for the Fever-Tree Championships will be sent out from 3 weeks prior to the start of event. No packages are sent overseas, all packages require a UK postal address which includes Northern Ireland but excludes Republic of Ireland. Q What is the method of postage? A You will receive your documentation via 1st Class postage. Q What is included in the event documentation? A Package includes hospitality pass, wallet & lanyard. Q Is there car parking? A Due to widespread parking restrictions, visitors are strongly advised to use public transport to travel to the Fever-Tree Championships. Q Will the court tickets be included in the event documentation? A Court tickets are given out on the day during lunch. 04
