17 TERMS & CONDITIONS 1 DEFINITIONS 1.1 RJC means Rockhampton Jockey Club Inc 1.2 Tickets means any form of official admission pass issues by RJC for which include wristbands, lanyard and medallions. specific events 2. GENERAL 2.1 Entry by any person to a RJC facility is subject to these terms and conditions as well as the Course Conditions. By entering a RJC facility, you are deemed to have accepted and understood as binding on you these terms and conditions, the Course conditions and any accompanying risks, obligations and responsibilities. It is your responsibility to read and inform yourself of these terms and conditions and the Course conditions. 2.2 Only official RJC tickets will be accepted for entry into any of the RJC events. RJC will not accept photocopies, and may refuse to accept tickets that have been defaces or otherwise damaged. 2.3 If any part of any race day or event, including races, performance, or any other element is cancelled, abandoned or postponed, in whole or part due to adverse weather conditions of for any other cause beyond RJC control, there is no right to refund or exchange and no obligation is assumed by RJC for the arrangements of a substitute event, performance of any other element. 2.4 Tickets/Drink Tickets are non-refundable 2.5 The tickets must be for the day/days you attend the event 2.6 Anyone attempting to enter the site without a ticket will be handed over to the authorities and may a charge or trespassing 2.7 For the comfort, safety and enjoyment of all patrons the RJC reserves the right to refuse entry or to evict any person from the venue for any reason. 2.8 The RJC reserves the right to amend the published dates, dining facilities, schedule of events, running times and, fees or conditions without notice. 2.9 This is a licensed event, which means strictly no BYO alcohol under any circumstance. RJC and onsite security has the right to conduct a search at any time while the ticket holder is onsite You understand that you may be photographed before, during and after the event.
