Desperados Barbecue & Catering Company has been providing Award Winning Barbecue to Western New York and the Southern Tier since We provide three levels of catering service for your convenience. Our most economical Express Service includes all foods packaged in foil pans and clear deli containers ready for pickup. Paper products, utensils, chafer warming setups and extra sauces are available for purchase. Our Drop Off Service includes the food packaging and product options found in our Express Service with the added advantage of to your door delivery. Our Five Star Service includes our elegant buffet setup (stainless chafers, tablecloths, baskets or stoneware for utensils, napkins, rolls and condiments), full service, and cleanup. Tents, buffet tables, and western décor are available for rent. Onsite cooking in our Mobile Friedrich Smokehouse is based on availability with this service, please ask us for a quote. In-House Catering is available in our restaurant in Angola, NY, on select afternoons and evenings. Perfect for business meetings and luncheons, all in-house buffets are served with our elegant buffet setup, full service and cleanup. Please specify if you d like your order to be hot upon pickup for immediate service or cold upon pickup for later reheating. Optional paper products, utensils, chafer warming setups and extra sauces are available for purchase. Drop Off Service $ Minimum Food Purchase Required for Drop Off Service Your food will be packaged as described in our Express Service with the added advantage of to your door delivery. There is a $25.00 delivery charge for all packages within five miles of 29 Commercial Street, Angola, NY A $2.50/per mile will be assessed thereafter from 29 Commercial Street Angola, NY up to a maximum of 20 miles as plotted by Mapquest to your dropoff address. There is a fifteen percent gratuity added to all delivered packages Five Star Service $ Minimum Food Purchase Required for Five Star Service. If for some reason your event goes over the scheduled time you may incur additional staffing fees.

8 In-House Catering $ Minimum Food Purchase Required for In-House Catering Perfect for business meetings and luncheons, all in-house buffets are served with our elegant buffet setup, full service and cleanup. Groups of twenty or more may utilize our bar area or select banquet seating for private buffet dining. There is a fifteen percent gratuity and $15.00 per hour / per server staffing charge added to all In-House Catering. An estimate of labor and possible buffet configurations for your event can be determined for you by a Desperados Events Coordinator. Subject to Availability during Off Peak Restaurant Hours Private In-House Catering $ Minimum Food Purchase Required for In-House Private Dining Our authentic western styled restaurant is available exclusively for your event on Mondays throughout the year. There is a fifteen percent gratuity and $15.00 per hour / per server staffing charge added to all Private In-House Catering. An estimate of labor and possible buffet configurations for your event can be determined for you by a Desperados Events Coordinator.

On orders exceeding one thousand dollars an additional 20% deposit is due ten days prior to your event. Remaining balance is due prior to pickup or delivery of food services. Guaranteed Minimum Food Purchase, Guest Count, & Time Duration ( In- House and Five Star Service Events only ) Your quote will include the amount of the specified minimum food purchase as well as any staffing and labor estimates for your expected guest count and event time duration. Your quote is an estimate based on your guaranteed minimum guest count and guaranteed time duration. If more guests are served or the caterer s services are needed for additional time not included in the client s quote, the caterer reserves the right to charge a fair price for the additional food, drink, labor and services required. If fewer guests attend or less time is needed, the caterer will still be paid according to the guaranteed minimum guest count and time duration. This is a necessary policy to schedule a catered event and confirm a specified date.

10 Cancellation Policy: In the event you must cancel our services, 50% of your booking deposit will be refunded if your cancellation is 60 days or more prior to your confirmed date. Cancellations received less than 60 days prior to your confirmed date will forfeit the entire deposit. Cancellations must be received by Desperados Barbecue and Catering Co in writing.
