Excluding catered pick-up orders. Cash or credit cards are accepted. For a booking over a year out, a $1000 deposit can hold the date. The remainder of the bill will be due a minimum of THREE weeks prior to your event. Deposits are non-refundable unless determined so by Chic s catering management. Final payment is due TEN working days prior to your event along with final arrangements. In the event of extenuating circumstances, any portion of the bill which is left unpaid will be due day of your event before Chic can service your event. CANCELLATION POLICY Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your event, the deposit will be kept until the date has been rebooked. If the date is not rebooked, your deposit will be forfeited. GUARANTEED GUEST COUNT Guaranteed count of attending guests must be confirmed with a Chic proper personnel staff, FIFTHTEEN working days prior to your event. Due to the special ordering process, it is not possible to extend this time. Once we have received final counts, these counts may not be reduced, and will be the minimum number for which you will be charged, however they may be increased if needed. In addition to the guest count, we will need head table count, all menu selections, rental selections, layout of your event/s, and any all special details and logistics required for the success of your special day! Formally dressed and professionally trained wait staff and personnel will service your event. Commercial, professional, chaffing dishes\stations atop linen tables will service your event. LINEN PACKAGES Standard Linen Tablecloth Package - $2.15 per person This package includes all standard floor length linen tablecloths you will need for your event or reception. -White floor length linen for your guest tables and cake table -White or black floor length linen for your buffet, hors d oeuvres or station tables This package includes 120 inch round linens for 60 inch round tables and linens for 8ft banquet tables. Additional sized linens are also available at an additional cost. Upgraded Tablecloth Package- $6.50 per person This package will include your choice of different color d satin fabric tablecloths for your event. -Colored floor length linen/satin for your guest tables -Matching colored linen napkins -Colored floor length linen for your head table, place card table, gift table and DJ table (6 table maximum) -Colored floor length linen for your cake table -Colored floor length linen for your buffet, hors d oeuvres or station tables *This package includes 120 inch round linens for 60 inch round tables and linens for 8ft banquet tables. Additional sizes, fabrics and patterns are also available at an additional cost. SIT DOWN DINNERS Menus are priced based on events with one entrée choice for sit downs. If you choose more than one entrée, we require you to

5 provide place cards or identification as to what each guest has ordered. In addition, a $1.50 per guest charge will be required for more than one entrée due to additional staffing requirements. Special menu request, such as vegetarian and kids choices are excluded. An accurate guest count from you is very important. LEFT OVER FOOD It is Chic s Catering policy and the policy of the State of Wisconsin Health Department that any food left over from a banquet is not allowed to be taken by the guest and remains property of Chic Cafe. Hence, we do not allow food to be taken off the premises and Chic does not provide to-go containers. SIGNED CONTRACTS Chic s Catering requires that a signed contract accompany your deposit. This contract can be changed with count and menu changes up to TEN working days prior to your event. SERVICE CHARGES May apply to some or certain events TASTINGS Yes! Please, consult with a Chic representative to have a personalized tasting at the cafe. A $25 per guest for individual tastings may be required. The total tasting charge will be deducted from your invoice. Chic ask that a maximum of ten to fifthteen guests attend your scheduled tasting\s. BAR SERVICE Chic offers full bar service at most locations. Please, consult a Chic representative for information of bar menus and pricing. PRICING GUARANTEES Due to fluctuating food market conditions, pricing of the menu selections are subject to change and are only valid for 120 days. With a deposit, we guarantee that pricing will not go higher than 5% above listed pricing at the time you book your event. HOLIDAYS AND SPECIAL DATES Additional service charges will apply to the following dates: New Year s Eve, New Year s Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Thanksgiving, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Easter and July 4th. Service charges are billed at 1.5 times the standard rate. Undercooked items are available only upon request. A signed request.
