2 A Perfect Setting for a Special Day Lilians at Chatswood Golf Club Chatswood Golf Club is uniquely surrounded by national parklands, whilst our function room Lilians is comfortable and overlooks the magnificent golf course, gardens and lake. The dedicated events team at Chatswood Golf Club understand that every client is special and your celebration should be perfect. We currently offer functions for up to 140 guests seated, or up to 200 guests cocktail-style. Start with pre-dinner drinks on the expansive balcony and delight your guests with our breathtaking views. Our Wedding Consultant will assist you with every aspect of your day from room set-up to catering menus and wine lists. Our attention to detail will ensure that your special day is impeccably planned, and you and your guests will celebrate an unforgettable occasion. We look forward to meeting you and to having the opportunity to help make your celebration a truly memorable occasion.

Information Function Room Our beautiful new modern Clubhouse is fully air conditioned with views overlooking the golf course from our expansive balcony.

3 Information Function Room Our beautiful new modern Clubhouse is fully air conditioned with views overlooking the golf course from our expansive balcony. Our functions room, Lilians, can cater for functions with up to 140 guests seated, or 200 guests cocktail-style. We charge room hire on an hourly basis, and as such, we do not impose a minimum attendance number on functions. Room hire includes exclusive use of Lilians and the adjoining balcony, full-sized dance floor, microphones and a lectern. Function Times You are not limited to minimum or maximum duration times for your function. However the bar must close no later than 11.45pm. All guests must vacate the Club by midnight. On-Site Ceremonies We can cater for on-course ceremonies for up to 120 guests, with a selection of course locations. As we must ensure no golf is being played at the time of the ceremony, on-course ceremony availability is subject to Club golfing events on the day. The fee for on-course ceremonies is $500 and includes 5 electric carts for your Bridal Party and photographers to have photos taken in various picturesque locations around the course. We also cater for ceremonies on our balcony for up to 50 guests. The fee for Clubhouse ceremonies is $200 and includes 5 electric carts for your Bridal Party and photographers to have photos taken on the course.

Photos on Course For couples having their Ceremony elsewhere, we provide the opportunity for your Bridal Party to have photos taken on our beautiful course.

As we must ensure no golf is being played at the time, on-course photography is subject to Club golfing events on the day.

On course photos are included in all packages as well as 5 electric carts and a staff member to guide your Party to picturesque locations. As we must ensure no golf is being played at the time, on-course photography is subject to Club golfing events on the day. Additional carts for larger Bridal Parties are available for $20 per cart. Parking We have ample car parking space available. Guests attending weddings may utilise the Members car park adjacent to the Clubhouse, where available.

Entertainment must cease by 11:45pm. Table Decor Lilians has round tables seating up to 10 guests in an alternate-serve setting.

5 Entertainment We are pleased to assist you with organising a DJ or live entertainment. Their rates are on request. All entertainment acts are required to maintain a noise level that does not cause disruption to neighbouring residents. Entertainment must cease by 11:45pm. Table Decor Lilians has round tables seating up to 10 guests in an alternate-serve setting. Our tables are set with quality white table linen, cutlery, crockery and glassware to suit menu and beverage selection. We can also provide your choice of coloured napkins, dependant on your colour scheme.

Packages We have an array of menus available within our various wedding packages; however, we are more than happy to design a specific menu and package to suit your needs.

Prices are for a minimum of 50 guests. For receptions of less than 50 people, additional charges of $5 per person apply. To allow us to give the necessary time and thought to your requirements we ask you to finalise your menu at least 14 days prior to your wedding. Beverages We have a range of Packages for those couple who want to provide alcohol for their guests, and for those who choose not to. To ensure availability of your chosen wines, at least 14 days notice is required of your selection. Children s Meals Our Children s menu is designed for ages between 5 and 12 years. Our Children s Package is $30 per child and includes unlimited soft drink, juice and mineral water. Cancellations Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for full details of our cancellation policy. Client Services Chatswood Golf Club enjoys a close association with many professional service providers including entertainers, decorators and florists. We are happy to assist in sourcing a range of services to complement your wedding.
