2 OPTION 1 Pizza & Pasta to Share 5 DIFFERENT TYPES OF PIZZAS These will be cut in small portions for you to be able to mix and share CHOOSE 3 OUT OF THE FOLLOWING 5 DIFFERENT TYPES OF PASTAS TO SHARE: Penne Carbonara Crispy guanciale, Parmesan, cream and egg yolk Spicy Lamb Lasagna Spicy lamb, cumin, fresh lasagna sheets & mature cheese Gnocchi Funghi potato gnocchi, wild mushrooms and thyme Farfalle al Salmone Smoked Salmon, marjoram, capers & cream sauce Penne Chicken and Pesto cherry tomatoes, pesto sauce, rucola & fresh basil Price per person each (minimum 12 pax) Add 7 per person for free flowing wine and water

3 OPTION 2 Platters to Share You will get a mix of platters from the below CHEESE AND COLD CUTS PLATTER Salami, Parma Ham, Blue Cheese, Aged Cheddar, pickled vegetables and water biscuits MALTESE PLATTER Local peppered/soft goats cheese, galletti, olives, Gozo sundried tomatoes, Maltese sausage, capers and Bigilla (olive oil, chili, broad beans and garlic). ORIENTAL PLATTER Vegetable spring rolls, Chicken samosas, Duck Cigars, Thai Chicken skewers & sweet chili sauce MEDITERRANEAN PLATTER Feta cheese, hummus, sun dried tomatoes and crispy vegetable patties Price per person each (minimum 12 pax) Add 7 per person for free flowing wine and water
