2 Introduction Luther College at the University of Regina offers catering services for events and meetings year-round. Whether we are hosting a wedding reception, anniversary dinner, birthday party or business brunch, our experienced group of food service professionals take care of the details so you and your guests can relax and enjoy yourselves. Designed to meet your wants and needs, our catering services are very flexible. You can choose between casual sit-down luncheons, formal waited banquets, buffets, and outdoor barbeques. The menu at each event is unique, with food tailored to the occasion and its budget. Chef Profile Chef Moe Mathieu is an alumnus of Luther College High School (HS 88) and an honours graduate of Holland College in PEI, where he holds a culinary arts diploma and an applied culinary arts degree. He also holds a journeyman Red Seal Chef Certification. He served as Culinary Arts Instructor at Saskatchewan Polytechnic in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan for ten years, is former part-owner of the Willow on Wascana and Beer Bros. in Regina, Saskatchewan, and is the founder of the Annual Mustard Festival held in Regina, Saskatchewan at the end of August each year. He has over thirty years of restaurant experience, both as a chef/caterer and in management. Please arrange for proper care and refrigeration of your lunches, and consume your food within 3 hours of pick-up. Do not eat food that has not been safely stored. Luther College is not responsible for care of food consumed off-site. 3
