18 NITTY-GRITTY POLICIES We appreciate your interest in our catering and know that we are able to take care of all your catering needs. If you have interest in any item that is not on our menu, please let us know. We have a staff of exceptional chefs and bakers. We would be happy to create a custom menu for you, just ask! ORDERING All orders can be placed via , phone or on one of our online ordering partners. A minimum of $100 is required for all deliveries Monday through Friday, and $150 for Saturday or Sunday. All orders will be confirmed at least one day prior to event. If you do not receive a confirmation, please call or . Pick-ups are always welcome with no minimum requirements. CANCELLATION POLICY Orders must be canceled at least one business day prior to the event (3 days for orders over $250.00). All cancellations must be done via . We will respond to your confirming that the order has been cancelled. Cancellations will not be accepted by phone. If the order is not cancelled by 24 hours (3 days for orders over $250.00) in advance, you will be required to pay the total amount of the invoice. SERVICE CHARGE (if applicable) The Service fee is 20% of the bill, which includes set up, display, delivery and pick up, and any plates, cups, napkins, and utensils needed, not including tax and gratuities. Linens and fresh flowers are available at an additional charge. An additional $50 will apply for delivery or pick-ups that occur before 7 a.m. or after 7 p.m. Also, a service charge of $30 will apply if a return trip is necessary due to meetings running late, locked doors or any reason hindering the picking up of equipment at a specified time. You are responsible for all lost or damaged catering equipment linens and flowers. If no set up and return pick up trip are required for your event, the delivery fee is only $15 or 10% of the bill, whichever is higher. DELIVERY TIME: The food will be delivered and set up within a 30-minute window between 45 and 15 minutes prior to the event. LATE FEES: A late fee of 14% of the total will be added to all orders not paid in full within 30 days of the event. Minimum charge is $20. PAYMENTS: Payments may be made with cash, personal check, credit card, UCI payquest, and house account with prior approval. RENTALS: Linens, tables, glassware and other party supplies can be provided for additional rental fees. Please or call for inquiries.
