2 STOKEBAR Q EVENTS LEVEL ONE RESERVE A SPACE AT STOKE BAR Looking for a low-key event with a premium menu? Areas of STOKEBAR Q can be reserved for groups of 15 to 30 people. To book a space, we simply require a $ deposit which goes toward a chef s selection of food on the day of your event. LEVEL TWO STOKEBAR Q EXCLUSIVE SUITABLE FOR UP TO 150 GUESTS STOKEBAR Q offers a unique experience with unsurpassed views of the city and Brisbane River. From our large deck you can enjoy a range of events from corporate drinks to cocktail style engagements or Christmas functions. Parties of up to 150 guests are accommodated in a canapé style event with dedicated staff in STOKEBAR Q. This is a full-service event; guests are not required to access the bar for drinks. We offer event food and beverage package options. Minimum spends apply, please ask your event coordinator.

7 T E R M S & CONDITIONS BOOKING CONFIRMATION STOKEBAR Q Terms and Conditions form must be completed, signed and returned to us with the specified deposit to ensure your booking is confirmed. A tentative reservation can be held for 7 days awaiting a deposit. If the deposit is not received within the timeframe arranged, the space may be released to other parties. DEPOSIT A deposit of $300 for STOKEBAR Q Level One or $4000 for STOKEBAR Q Exclusives must be given at the time of confirmation. If the deposit is not received by the due date, the booking will be cancelled. MINIMUM SPEND Payment policy requires that the outstanding balance is to be settled on the day of your function. If the client wishes to pre-pay any amount via direct deposit, the funds must be received into STOKEBAR Q bank account 2 working days prior to the function date to be accepted. STOKEBAR Q does not offer account facilities. FINAL NUMBERS / PAYMENT Guaranteed numbers are required 3 working days prior to your function. The charges will apply to guaranteed minimum numbers, or the final head count, whichever is greater. All accounts need to be settled at the conclusion of the event. Please note that a 1.1% surcharge will be applied to all credit card payments. This is not refundable in the event of a cancellation. PUBLIC HOLIDAYS For all functions a discretionary 8% service charge is added to the final bill as a gratuity for the staff. This is inclusive of a 1.1% credit card surcharge. The credit card surcharge still applies if the gratuity is with-held. The service charge is not included in the minimum spend. An additional 15% surcharge will apply to the account total for all functions held on public holidays. CANCELLATIONS All cancellations are to be made in writing. In the event of a cancellation, postponement or transfer of the event date, you must advise your event coordinator in writing 30 days or more before the function date, or 100% of the deposit will be retained. PRICES All prices include GST. DAMAGES The client is financially liable for any damage to restaurant property, fixtures or fittings whether sustained by their own actions, or through the actions of their guests, contractors or sub-contractors. Nothing is to be nailed, screwed or stapled to the walls, doors, or other surfaces which are part of the restaurant. INSURANCE/PUBLIC LIABILITY STOKEBAR Q accepts no responsibility for damage or loss of merchandise, equipment or personal articles left in the venue prior to, during or after a function. FURNITURE REMOVAL Should the removal of STOKEBAR Q furniture be required, it will be at the cost of the client. DECORATIONS STOKEBAR Q does not allow sparklers within the venue. The host of the event will be liable for the full cost of the fire department call out fee and any damages incurred from the use of candles or sparklers. STOKEBAR Q does not allow confetti or glitter to be placed on tables or released in the venue. Balloons, flowers and lighting is permitted; however, collection of these items must be arranged with the events coordinator. M U S I C STOKEBAR Q retains complete discretion of music and noise levels at all times to vary or cease entertainment levels that do not comply with applicable law or which may cause STOKEBAR Q to breach the lease agreement. It is for this reason that we do not allow drums in the venue nor live band performance after 10.30pm (DJ s may play through our sound system until midnight). DURATION Standard duration for functions is 4 hours for lunch and 5 hours for an evening function. Guests will be required to vacate the premises within 30 minutes after the conclusion of the service. All lunch bookings can commence from 12pm onwards and all guests must vacate the event space by 4pm. All dinner functions can commence from 6pm onwards and must conclude no later than 11:30pm. Access to the venue for set up is 2 hours prior to the function start time. Please note, the space will be ready at the confirmed start time, not the access time. DELIVERY/COLLECTION OF GOODS STOKEBAR Q will only accept delivery of goods 2 hours prior to the function commence time, and all goods must be collected on the same day unless prior arrangements have been made. RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL STOKEBAR Q is committed to the Responsible Service of Alcohol. Intoxicated guests will not be served. It is a requirement of law that intoxicated persons are removed from licensed premises. We reserve the right to cease service of alcoholic beverages if consumption is deemed excessive. NAME: DATE:
