4 Entrée All guests willl enjoy sharing dishes of seasonal seafood, including oysters, king prawns and tuna poké. Sharing dishes of falafel, vegetable rice paper rolls and gourmet bread and dips Main Make your selection of 2-3 dishes served in a traditional Christmas sharing style for all to enjoy. LUCKIES Southern fried turkey breast with Luckies secret Christmas spice mix, stuffing, gravy and cranberry sauce with 3 cheese mac & cheese THE KITCHEN Oven baked salmon with creamed leek, burnt butter and side of green beans with almond flakes and parmesan. CALAVERA Chipotle, agavé and grapefruit glazed lamb with tajine potatoes and paprika buttered Green beans. UMAMI Asian style honey & soy glazed ham, pineapple, maraschino cherry, bok choy, with Japanese sesame vinaigrette slaw side dish. ITALIAN JOB Hand rolled gnocchi with duck and red wine ragout with side of rocket and parmesan salad. Dessert All guests willl enjoy Pumpkin Pie with cinnamon, apple & nutmeg cream. and Panettone with double cream and Seasonal fruit plate Vegan, Gluten free and vegtarian Steamed tofu with garlic soy dressing, nagai kizami nori, spring onion, sesame seed rice cracker. In order to best serve your group all main selections must be chosen at time of confirmation of the booking. Our Christmas menu is designed to be enjoyed both as a sit down meal or canape style function. Please pre advise any dietary requirements so that we can also cater appropriately.

5 Deposits A minimum of 50% deposit must be paid to secure all group bookings. Your booking will be confirmed once the deposit has been paid and is non-refundable. If in the unfortunate event some guests cannot attend. Notice must be given within 7 days of the reservation. Any changes to the number of guests within 7 days of the reservation may be subject to being charged the full rate of the reservation at the management discretion. Confirmation Final food and beverage choices along with final guest numbers must be confirmed no later than 7 days before the function is held. Full and final payment is due on the conclusion of your event and credit card details are required as security and if necessary debited in the event of any outstanding accounts not paid on the day. Including any open bar tabs that are not closed from attendees of the event. Responsibility The client is financially responsible for any damage sustained to The Collective s venue including fittings or structure and The Collective does not hold any responsibility to any loss or damage to personal items brought in the venue. Booking Allocation In order for us to honour your reservation in a timely manner, all of our bookings have been allocated a 3-hour time period in which to dine. Booking Terms & Conditions We love having a good time at The Collective and want to ensure the best possible environment for a successful event. All guests are respectfully asked to adhere with the behavioural codes of our venue and liquor licencing laws, such as Responsible Serving of Alcohol. We have a duty to practice RSA by law and The Collective management reserves the right to refuse the supply of alcoholic beverages to any guest attending a function. The Collective will not refund any monies for groups that do not comply with our house policies or RSA and as a fully licenced venue, no food or beverage (with the exception of celebratory cakes) will be permitted to be brought from outside into the venue.
