3 STOKEHOUSE Q EXCLUSIVE EVENTS Stokehouse Q can be made exclusively yours for both sit-down and cocktail-style affairs. The space caters for up to 140 seated on the ground level and up to 450 standing. With full use of all dining and bar areas alongside unsurpassed views of Brisbane, your event is sure to hit the mark. Date specific minimum spends are available on request - please enquire via your Event Coordinator. For the exclusive use of Stokehouse Q, the following inclusions are included in your total spend - A two-hour bump in/bump out time on day of event All table linen including white linen napkins All tables and chairs In-house AV facilities including 2 cordless microphones and docking station for music An all-inclusive food and beverage package

Surrounding palm trees give this space a uniquely Queensland feel, featuring private access and a small courtyard which is perfect for drinks and canapés. 10 T E R M S & CONDITIONS BOOKING CONFIRMATION Stokehouse Q Terms and Conditions form must be completed, signed and returned to us with the specified deposit to ensure your booking is confirmed. A tentative reservation can be held for 7 days awaiting a deposit. If the deposit is not received within the timeframe arranged, the space may be released to other parties. DEPOSIT A deposit of $2500 (for Mezzanine), $3000 (for Palm Room), $4000 (for STOKEBAR Q), $12,000 (for Stokehouse Q exclusives), must be given at the time of confirmation. If the deposit is not received by the due date, the booking will be cancelled. Please note deposits are not required for Edge, however credit card details will be required to secure this booking. Further deposits are required for key dates. MINIMUM SPEND Payment policy requires that the outstanding balance is to be settled on the day of your function. If the client wishes to pre-pay any amount via direct deposit, the funds must be received into Stokehouse Q bank account 2 working days prior to the function date to be accepted. Stokehouse Q does not offer account facilities. FINAL NUMBERS / PAYMENT Guaranteed numbers are required 3 working days prior to your function; 7 days for Stokehouse Q and STOKEBAR Q Exclusives. The charges will apply to guaranteed minimum numbers, or the final head count, whichever is greater. Stokehouse Q Exclusive event balance to minimum spend is due 14 days prior to event date. All accounts need to be settled at the conclusion of the event. Please note that a 1.1% surcharge will be applied to all credit card payments. This is not refundable in the event of a cancellation. PUBLIC HOLIDAYS For all functions a discretionary 8% service charge is added to the final bill as a gratuity for the staff. This is inclusive of a 1.1% credit card surcharge. The credit card surcharge still applies if the gratuity is with-held. The service charge is not included in the minimum spend. An additional 15% surcharge will apply to the account total for all functions held on public holidays. CANCELLATIONS All cancellations are to be made in writing. In the event of a cancellation, postponement or transfer of the event date, you must advise your event coordinator in writing 30 days or more before the function date, or 100% of the deposit will be retained. Cancellations within 14 days for a Stokehouse Q Exclusive event will forfeit the minimum spend. CHILDREN S MEALS Children s meals are $50.00 per child, which is inclusive of a children main course, dessert and unlimited soft drink or fruit juice. PRICES All prices include GST. DAMAGES The client is financially liable for any damage to restaurant property, fixtures or fittings whether sustained by their own actions, or through the actions of their guests, contractors or sub-contractors. Nothing is to be nailed, screwed or stapled to the walls, doors, or other surfaces which are part of the restaurant. INSURANCE/PUBLIC LIABILITY Stokehouse Q accepts no responsibility for damage or loss of merchandise, equipment or personal articles left in the venue prior to, during or after a function. FURNITURE REMOVAL Should the removal of Stokehouse Q restaurant furniture be required, it will be at the cost of the client. DECORATIONS Stokehouse Q does not allow sparklers within the venue. The host of the event will be liable for the full cost of the fire department call out fee and any damages incurred from the use of candles or sparklers. Stokehouse Q does not allow confetti or glitter to be placed on tables or released in the venue. Balloons, flowers and lighting is permitted; however, collection of these items must be arranged with the events coordinator. M U S I C Stokehouse Q retains complete discretion of music and noise levels at all times to vary or cease entertainment levels that do not comply with applicable law or which may cause Stokehouse Q to breach the lease agreement. It is for this reason that we do not allow drums in the venue nor live band performance after 10.30pm (DJ s may play through our sound system until midnight). DURATION Standard duration for functions is 4 hours for lunch and 5 hours for an evening function. Guests will be required to vacate the premises within 30 minutes after the conclusion of the service. All lunch bookings can commence from 12pm onwards and all guests must vacate the event space by 4pm. All dinner functions can commence from 6pm onwards and must conclude no later than 11:30pm. Access to the venue for set up is 2 hours prior to the function start time. Please note, the space will be ready at the confirmed start time, not the access time. DELIVERY/COLLECTION OF GOODS Stokehouse Q will only accept delivery of goods 2 hours prior to the function commence time, and all goods must be collected on the same day unless prior arrangements have been made. RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL Stokehouse Q is committed to the Responsible Service of Alcohol. Intoxicated guests will not be served. It is a requirement of law that intoxicated persons are removed from licensed premises. We reserve the right to cease service of alcoholic beverages if consumption is deemed excessive. NAME: DATE:
