2 STOKEHOUSE Q WEDDINGS Situated on the absolute waterfront in the South Bank Parklands, Stokehouse Q takes full advantage of its position and is arguably Brisbane s most photogenic venue. The contemporary restaurant offers a diverse, innovative menu inspired by flavours from the Mediterra nean, featuring the freshest, locally sourced produce, and curated by some of Australia s most talented young chefs. To match the location on the Brisbane River, the sculptural design of the building blends seamlessly with the surrounding environment to create a sheltered alfresco atmosphere that is elegant, relaxed and unique to Queensland.

3 PACKAGES AND PRICING We present a total price for your special day that covers all components of your wedding, from the full exclusive menu through to premium wines, even dinner for your band. WEDDING PACKAGE ONE - Friday and Saturday evening from 6pm (and Sunday evening prior to a public holiday) Wedding Dinner based on 130 guests, inclusive of: Premium canapés on arrival Event menu comprising entrée, main, dessert, side dishes and coffee Beverage package below for 5 ½ hour duration Choice of 2 cocktails on arrival Meals for band/dj 2017 September - October $38,000 November (Incl. 27th 30th December) $40,000 December POA 2018 January August $34,000 (Additional guests over 130 limit are charged at a pro rata rate) WEDDING PACKAGE TWO - Saturday and Sunday Lunch until 4pm & Sunday Dinner from 6pm Wedding Lunch or Sunday Dinner based on 130 guests, inclusive of: Premium canapés on arrival Event menu comprising entrée, main, dessert, side dishes and coffee Beverage package below for 4 hour duration Meals for band/dj 2017 September October $25,000 November (Including December 27-30) $28,000 December $32, January August $22,000 (Additional guests over 130 limit are charged at a pro rata rate)

7 T E R M S & CONDITIONS BOOKING CONFIRMATION Stokehouse Q Terms and Conditions form must be completed, signed and returned to us with the specified deposit to ensure your booking is confirmed. A tentative reservation can be held for 7 days awaiting a deposit. If the deposit is not received within the timeframe arranged, the space may be released to other parties. DEPOSIT A deposit of $2500 (for Mezzanine), $3000 (for Palm Room), $4000 (for STOKEBAR Q or Stokehouse Q exclusives) must be given at the time of confirmation. If the deposit is not received by the due date, the booking will be cancelled. Deposits are not required for Edge. MINIMUM SPEND Payment policy requires that the outstanding balance is to be settled on the day of your function. If the client wishes to pre-pay any amount via direct deposit, the funds must be received into Stokehouse Q bank account 2 working days prior to the function date to be accepted. Stokehouse Q does not offer account facilities. FINAL NUMBERS / PAYMENT Guaranteed numbers are required 3 working days prior to your function. The charges will apply to guaranteed minimum numbers, or the final head count, whichever is greater. All accounts need to be settled at the conclusion of the event. Please note that a 1.1% surcharge will be applied to all credit card payments. This is not refundable in the event of a cancellation. PUBLIC HOLIDAYS For all functions a discretionary 8% service charge is added to the final bill as a gratuity for the staff. This is inclusive of a 1.1% credit card surcharge. The credit card surcharge still applies if the gratuity is with-held. The service charge is not included in the minimum spend. An additional 15% surcharge will apply to the account total for all functions held on public holidays. CANCELLATIONS All cancellations are to be made in writing. In the event of a cancellation, postponement or transfer of the event date, you must advise your event coordinator in writing 30 days or more before the function date, or 100% of the deposit will be retained. CHILDREN S MEALS Children s meals are $50.00 per child, which is inclusive of a children main course, dessert and unlimited soft drink or fruit juice. PRICES All prices include GST. DAMAGES The client is financially liable for any damage to restaurant property, fixtures or fittings whether sustained by their own actions, or through the actions of their guests, contractors or sub-contractors. Nothing is to be nailed, screwed or stapled to the walls, doors, or other surfaces which are part of the restaurant. INSURANCE/PUBLIC LIABILITY Stokehouse Q accepts no responsibility for damage or loss of merchandise, equipment or personal articles left in the venue prior to, during or after a function. FURNITURE REMOVAL Should the removal of Stokehouse Q restaurant furniture be required, it will be at the cost of the client. DECORATIONS Stokehouse Q does not allow sparklers within the venue. The host of the event will be liable for the full cost of the fire department call out fee and any damages incurred from the use of candles or sparklers. Stokehouse Q does not allow confetti or glitter to be placed on tables or released in the venue. Balloons, flowers and lighting is permitted; however, collection of these items must be arranged with the events coordinator. M U S I C Stokehouse Q retains complete discretion of music and noise levels at all times to vary or cease entertainment levels that do not comply with applicable law or which may cause Stokehouse Q to breach the lease agreement. It is for this reason that we do not allow drums in the venue nor live band performance after 10.30pm (DJ s may play through our sound system until midnight). DURATION Standard duration for functions is 4 hours for lunch and 5 hours for an evening function. Guests will be required to vacate the premises within 30 minutes after the conclusion of the service. All lunch bookings can commence from 12pm onwards and all guests must vacate the event space by 4pm. All dinner functions can commence from 6pm onwards and must conclude no later than 11:30pm. Access to the venue for set up is 2 hours prior to the function start time. Please note, the space will be ready at the confirmed start time, not the access time. DELIVERY/COLLECTION OF GOODS Stokehouse Q will only accept delivery of goods 2 hours prior to the function commence time, and all goods must be collected on the same day unless prior arrangements have been made. RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL Stokehouse Q is committed to the Responsible Service of Alcohol. Intoxicated guests will not be served. It is a requirement of law that intoxicated persons are removed from licensed premises. We reserve the right to cease service of alcoholic beverages if consumption is deemed excessive. NAME: DATE:
