11 Basic Package Premium Package Bad Weather Plan In the event of bad weather, the rides/slides/pools may not be in operation. The birthday party area can still be used for cake-cutting and meal-time. Balloon Sculpting will also be conducted at the birthday party area. 1. Issuance of linkpoints is only applicable to the parents of Birthday Child. Membership card needs to be produced upon payment for verification. 2. For confirmation of booking, minimum payment has to be made at least 1 month prior to the actual day of birthday party. 3. Strictly no refund and revalidation for unused child or adult ticket(s). 4. Further payment for additional child or adult guest(s) should be made on the actual day of the birthday party, immediately after the party ends. A surcharge of $100 will be imposed for any outstanding payment that is not made on the day of the party. Terms and Conditions 5. Administrative fee of $50 will be imposed for cancellation, excluding bank charges. Strictly no refund for cancellation of party 2 days prior to the party. 6. ULive members, Pioneer Generation members and children below 3 yrs old are entitled to free admission. 7. Each package only admits 2 adults and 2 children who are Wetpass member. Additional Wetpass members are chargeable. 8. Confetti, Party Poppers, Water Balloons, etc are strictly not allowed. A surcharge of $80 will be imposed for cleaning services should any of the above were being used during the party. 9. Consumption of Alcohol or Smoking is strictly not allowed in the park. 10.
