4 OUTDOOR BARBEQUE PACKAGE Get your sizzle on with our barbecue packages and save yourself the clean-up afterwards. Just enjoy the company of your friends and family and head home happy: exclusive group area for up to four hours ability to decorate the outdoor terrace wifi connectivity select from three BBQ menus. VENUE SPACES: Outdoor Terrace, Bowling Greens DURATION: 4 Hours PRICE: From $15 Per Person (Minimum 20 Guests) ovegetarian option of haloumi, mushroom and capsicum skewers available on request Audio visual equipment If you re getting together to watch a game or televised event, or you just want family overseas to be present, we can arrange a few screens, so you don t miss any of the action, or we can quote a price to move the event to one of our indoor venues which have AV equipment already installed ACTIVITY OPTION: BAREFOOT BOWLING Get your group laughing and playing together with a bit of barefoot bowling it s harder than it looks, and there s something about taking your shoes off which makes everything so much more fun: one hour of bowls with a dedicated instructor barefoot bowling bartender ($20 extra per hour, minimum three hours). SKILLZONE PARTY PACKAGE 3 HOURS reserved party area 15 tokens per child platters of nuggets, cheeseburgers and chips jugs of soft drinks an ice cream cup for each child birthday cake, lolly bags, decorations and theming are permitted $250 for up to 10 children $25 for each extra child.

8 STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS: All per-person prices include the cost of using the venue, plus a standard selection of platter or selected canapes PRSL has a license for noise and alcohol until midnight so events must conclude by this time. o Extensions are available at the price of $550 for a half hour extension or $1,000 for a full hour extension, and beverages are charged on consumption from 11pm onwards. Upon confirming your event with, we will issue a contract at which time you will have three days to sign and return with a 25% deposit. Full prepayment will be due seven days prior to your private celebration. Prices, menus and beverage lists are subject to change without notice Catering requirements, beverage selection & agreement form are required at least 2 weeks prior to your function. Birthday and celebration cakes may be brought into the venue for consumption, but other food and beverage items may not. Special dietary requirements must be advised to our food and beverage coordinator at least 72 hours before your function. Pittwater RSL does not accept responsibility for damage or loss of any articles left in our function rooms before, during or after functions. Final numbers must be confirmed at least 72 hours before your function. A security fee applies to all eighteenth and twenty first birthday parties. Public Holiday dates incur a 10% surcharge. Credit card surcharge of 1.5%. All prices quoted include GST.

9 FAQ Do you have free wifi? Yes. We have free wifi throughout our entertaining spaces. What beverages are included? Please contact your event manager for beverage package inclusions. Optional upgrades are available between packages. Do you have any non-alcoholic drinks packages? Yes, we do. They include some great tasting punches and cocktails to keep things tasty. Are spirits available during my event? Spirits may be purchased on a cash bar basis or charged on consumption, they cannot be added to a beverage package. BYO beverages are not permitted. What time can I set up from? Please note access times are not able to be confirmed until one week prior to the event. Can we bring a cake? Birthday and celebration cakes may be brought into the venue for consumption, but other food and beverage items may not. Do you cater for special dietary requirements? Yes, we do. Please inform our Functions Coordinator up to 72 hours before your event. Do you offer tailored packages? Our event managers are happy to provide a tailored package based on your specific requirements. Do you have a minimum spend or minimum numbers for your function rooms? Yes, all function rooms require a minimum spend or a minimum number of guests. Please feel free to contact our event manager to find out the relevant minimum numbers and spends for your preferred function room. When can I come and see the function rooms?
