Stingray mixes industrial design with splashes of pop art to create a vibrant atmosphere with plenty of mischief. Comfy couches & quirky furniture surround the main bar where you can treat yourself to a drink from our impressive beverage list. Stingray boasts a variety of delicious cocktails from original classics to bespoke libations made with freshly picked fruits, herbs and spices. Stingray s food menu is the talk of the town as it combines fresh ingredients with unique concepts. It s designed to share, so that you & your friends can experience a variety of finger-lickinggood dishes. Our resident DJ performs every Friday & Saturday night from 6pm til late. 3 The Spaces THE LAWN The Lawn is located opposite Stingray s entrance on the ground level of the hotel. This cool & quirky area boasts a colourful view of the hotel s Calypso Terrace & offers groups plenty of space. The Lawn is perfect for stand-up cocktail events such as birthday parties, engagement parties & corporate functions. Capacity: 80 guests THE RAISED LOUNGE The Raised Lounge is in close proximity of the bar & the DJ booth so get ready to party! This space is equipped with funky furniture to ensure optimal comfort for you & your guests & is ideal for groups seeking a little bit more exclusivity with a VIP edge. Capacity: 45 guests 3

Our chefs use a variety of fresh local produce & herbs picked from our very own rooftop garden. Our food is easy to eat, perfect for sharing & will ensure your guests won t go hungry. 6 Beverages BAR TAB Select the beverages you want available on the bar tab at a dollar limit of your choice. The team at Stingray will provide wristbands for your guests & inform you when the limit of the bar tab has been reached. POP - UP BAR For functions held in The Lawn, you have the option to hire our signature Perrier-Jouet pop-up bar. You will have a private bar setup and a personal bartender dedicated to your event. $250 hire fee (not inclusive of beverages) CASH BAR Your guests can purchase their beverages individually from the bar or your dedicated waitress. 6

7 Sweet Celebrations Our pastry chefs would be delighted to create your ideal birthday treat & can do anything from a classic chocolate mud cake, to cupcake towers & delicious buttercream cakes covered in freshly baked macarons! Enquire within if you d like to sweeten up your function or party! 7

8 Terms & Conditions Our spaces are in high demand on weekend evenings & we don t want you to miss out! We do require you to complete & return this form as confirmation of your booking. Arrival times must be adhered to. Groups that do not arrive within 30 minutes of their booking will risk forfeiting their lounge area. Due to the popular demand of function spaces, a No Show fee of $200 will be charged to the card provided on this form. All guests must comply with our smart casual dress code. Guests may be denied access in to Stingray at the discretion of management for not following these dress standards. No effort, no entry. For more information, please speak to your co-ordinator. Stingray staff, management & security have the right to escort intoxicated patrons out of the venue at any time. Stingray is an over 18 s, fully licensed venue. Children under the age of 18 may attend group functions with parental supervision up until 8:30pm on weekend evenings. Catering requirements & full payment is due 1 week prior to your event. Cakes that are leftover from functions must be collected from the hotel within 2 days of your event before they are disposed of. Please enquire with your co-ordinator should you require any AV equipment. We will send a quote from the QT AV team & payment for this will be due 1 week prior to the event. All pre-paid food & beverage is nonrefundable within 24 hours of your event s start time. We will provide a 50% refund with no less than 48 hours notice prior to your event. All pre-paid bar tabs must be used in their entirety on the evening of your event as they are non-refundable and cannot be used at a later date.
