2 THE PLACE TO BE MERRY The iconic Rosemount Hotel is located only a few minutes from Perth CBD. This makes it the perfect venue for your next function, social gathering or business meeting. Book in with our Functions Manager and make your next occasion a memorable one. There are several areas throughout the venue, which can be tailored to suit each individual Christmas function.

3 F O U R 5 N I N E Our newly renovated Four5Nine bar has it all: charm, a private bar for you and your guests, a stage, state of the art sound system, air conditioning and a wide range of local and international beverages. Four5Nine is the ideal setting for your Christmas party with various catering and beverage options to allow you to find the perfect fit for your function. Please keep in mind that as Four5Nine is predominately a music and cocktail bar, it does book out quite far in advance especially during the festive season. Four5Nine - Private Function cocktail style for up to 80 guests. Equipment there is audio/visual and DJ equipment available for hire, please let us know your requirements.

4 T H E B A C K YA R D The Rosemount Backyard features trendy layouts and vibrant vibes, where you can enjoy a wide range of beverages and food items from our à la carte menu. Don t let the weather affect your plans we have heaters and blankets to keep you warm in the winter and in summer our misting system and umbrellas will keep you cool. TA B L E B O O K I N G S There are DJs playing your favourite tunes in The Backyard every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We also have an ever-changing roster of local bands playing on Tuesday evenings and Saturday afternoons at the Rumble. Even though the Rosemount Hotel is a predominately walk-in venue; for up to 20 people we can reserve you high tables with stools in our Backyard for a minimum spend deposit. The full minimum spend amount can be used towards catering and beverages for your booking.

5 T H E L AW N The Lawn is a private oasis for those who want to enjoy the sunshine (or shade) while looking out over The Backyard. This intimate space is perfect for a standing cocktail function of up to 50 guests. The Lawn is ideal for sundowners with its chic furniture and festive lights. T H E D E C K The Deck is situated in the heart of The Backyard within close range of the Garden Bar. It is partly covered from sun and rain, as well as being equipped with heaters and misters; it comfortably accommodates functions with up to 40 seated or 80 standing guests. Alternatively you can book the Half Deck, which can easily accommodate 35 standing guests.

6 F U N C T I O N C AT E R I N G During the Christmas period, we have three different menus on offer - set menu, platters of the à la carte menu. We liaise with guests to offer catering options to suit specific dietary requirements and tailored to your function requirements. PLATTERS Our platter menu is available for all Christmas functions in Four5Nine and the Backyard. Our platter menu is seasonal to ensure the best quality and fresh ingredients. We recommend functions order at least one platter per ten people. Á LA CARTE We have refined the traditional pub menu to accompany our drink offering, presented in generous portion sizes, made with fresh and high-quality ingredients. Ranging from pub classics like fish & chips, parmigiana and delicious pizzas to small share plates and healthy salads, our menu satisfies all customers, all moods, and all potential levels of hunger! SET MENU Dining with a party of 8 guests or more? Have a look at our set menu options! You can choose from two or three courses with great options for each course.

7 B E V E R A G E O P T I O N S BEVERAGES ON CONSUMPTION You set the price and what you want included and we ll set up the tab with either a bar card or provide wristbands. Beverages are available on consumption and can be revised throughout your function as it progresses. CASH BAR With beers and cider on tap, seasonal wines and a fully stocked bar with all your favourites (and more!), you and your guests will be able to select from a long list of beverages which are available for individual purchase throughout your function. BEVERAGE PACKAGE Our beverage package has been designed for those who wish to have a slightly more customised offering outside of a bar tab. Prices starting from: 2 hours - $38 per head 3 hours - $48 per head 4 hours - $60 per head
