2 The World s First Music Brewery Gravely Brewing Co is a family-owned and operated music brewery based in Louisville, Kentucky. Founded by Nathaniel Gravely (MTV, I Guess I m Floating) and brewed by Cory Buenning (Snake River Brewing), the twosome have a combined 30 years in the music and brewing industries. Their partnership birthed the world s first music brewery. Music mavens think we re a music venue. Hop heads think we re a microbrewery. But we exist somewhere in between, which is why we call ourselves a music brewery. Fresh beer and live music are at the core of what Gravely is all about. They re like oxygen to us, and we have a hard time imagining a world where one exists without the other. Do other breweries also love music and have the occasional live show? 3 Crafting Your Perfect Event Thank you for thinking of Gravely Brewing Co for your private event. We ve got plenty of space and options for every party size, design, and desire. From casual to fancy and intimate to grand, our fresh beer and welldesigned event spaces will make your private event all the more perfect. With five unique private event options - The Lounge, Small Venue, Full Venue, Outdoor Bar, Upper Beer Garden, and Full Beer Garden - there are plenty of layouts and amenities from which to choose. The Lounge is excellent for small to medium-sized gatherings. Featuring our iconic neon, access to the photo booth, sight lines into the brewery and taproom, repurposed church pews, and handmade tables and chairs that can be configured specifically for your event s needs. Our Small Venue sits within our acoustically treated music venue and is perfect for medium to large sized events. Featuring large tables for family-style seating, this room is partitioned from the rest of the building by three black curtains while also containing access to amenities such as ping pong, cornhole, a coat closet, and our stage. The Full Venue is ideal for large events and total seclusion. Aside from containing everything within the Small Venue, this deluxe option gains additional space by featuring exclusive access to half of our taproom bar - cleverly divided by a red acoustical curtain. Use of our Outdoor Bar can also be added to the Full Venue! Snag our Outdoor Bar option if you re a small gathering seeking to soak up the shaded sunshine while you sip! So long as Mother Nature cooperates, you ll get sun all day long and direct access to our taproom bar. The Upper Beer Garden sits atop a historic hillside giving way to panoramic views of Louisville s skyline and bridges. Our deck features patio tables, umbrellas, and our epic boombox art installation that can be turned into an operable bar for your event. The Full Beer Garden is for larger parties seeking to maximize their outdoor event options. This multi-level option grants you private access to everything contained within the Upper Beer Garden but doubles in size by including the Lower Beer Garden, complete with views inside our historic caverns! 7 What Are Our Prices Our Private Event pricing structure is tailored toward certain days of the week. Each rental fee functions as a guaranteed minimum, meaning it includes ALL drinks for your guests (up to the rental fee amount) as well the physical space and dedicated event staffing. Each rental fee is quoted by the hour (2-hour min) and does not include food or the 20% gratuity fee. Looking to rent longer or our entire property? Contact us for pricing. 9 Final FYI Private Event Agreements All Private Event rentals must sign the rental contract and keep a valid credit card on file to reserve the rental Each Private Event rental is subject to sales tax and an 20% gratuity fee All Venue and Beer Garden rentals are subject to a $250 rental deposit at the time of rental Cancellation within 15 days of the scheduled Private Event will result in rental deposit forfeiture Event Logistics Venue rentals come with the use of our projector, screen, stage, audio, and lighting equipment Live music (band, DJ, etc) is not included in our rental rates but we are happy to help find talent that fits your event and additional budget if desired. All live music requires staffing a sound engineer (additional $150 fee) If you are distributing drink tickets for your Private Event, our staff will happily collect them but will not be held responsible for keeping track of tickets used per person throughout the event Event Customization Although we have limited options, we are happy to work with you in customizing your space upon request Any additional furniture rentals, decorations, etc. must be coordinated prior to rental Accessibility & Parking All Private Event options are fully accessible. Beer Garden rentals have alternate ADA accessible entrances First available parking is available to all Gravely patrons, as well as ample street parking surrounding the property events.com
