3 General information Food At Cabanga we pride ourselves on serving food that is fresh, exciting, tasty and classy without being overly fussy. We re tremendously experienced at designing well-balanced menus that offer a wide choice of delicious dishes to satisfy the most discerning of tastes and dietary requirements. Our Chef and culinary team use only the season s freshest produce and our pastry chef will always delight you with fabulously decadent desserts! You and your delegates certainly won t go hungry because included in our conferencing package is a light breakfast, mid-morning snack of pastries and sandwiches, large lunch buffet, a mid-afternoon snack and a bottomless cup of coffee or tea for every delegate. We can also cater for a wide range of different dietary requirements such as halaal, kosher, diabetic, vegan and gluten free. 4 General information Reserving the venue and dates We make bookings on a strictly first come, first served basis. Through discussion with our conference coordinator your booking will be held on a provisional basis for seven days and may only be confirmed by receipt of a signed contract and payment of the required deposit. 5 Inclusions and exclusions of our quotation Inclusions Arrival tea, coffee and juice, plus yoghurt, fresh fruit, cereals, rusks and biscuits. Jugs of fruit juice and water and an assortment of sweets in the conference room which are replenished throughout the day. Mid-morning tea and coffee with sweet and savoury treats. Buffet lunch which varies daily but generally comprises of at least 2 starches, 3 different meats, 2 hot veggie dishes, 2 fresh garden salads and a variety of home-made desserts. Afternoon tea and coffee with a cheese platter and a sweet snack. Bottomless coffee, tea and juice throughout the day. Exclusions Gratuity excluded. All beverages consumed from the bar. Bottled water is available for delegates at R15 a bottle. Use of ceiling mounted data projector is R for full day or R for half day. Printing and additional stationery needs. Tele conferencing. With 48 hours notice, halaal and kosher meals may be ordered in at an additional charge of R1.00. Access to our super fast, free wifi.
