2 Marwell Zoo Conferences Set amongst 140 acres of picturesque parkland, in the centre of Marwell Zoo, Marwell Hall offers a professional and unique venue for your meetings and events. Our dedicated team is on hand with a wealth of experience to assist you in all aspects of your event. We have a selection of packages to offer and are very happy to provide a tailor-made service. Booking your event with us carries a range of added benefits. These include entrance to the zoo, unlimited free parking, complimentary Wi-Fi and a dedicated road train to take delegates from the car park to our historic venue through the stunning grounds and exhibits of the zoo. This brochure provides you with the scope to create and perfect your unique business event.

3 Bronze Package Our Bronze Package includes the basics needed for any conference, from a small intimate meeting to a seminar. Maximum of 15 delegates. Included in your package is: Full day use of meeting room in Marwell Hall Jugs of water Flipchart, pens and paper Projector and screen Full access to Marwell Zoo during opening hours, on the day of the event, for all delegates Full Day POA For your information Additional syndicate room - POA Please note - if your conference finishes after zoo hours there may be a small additional charge to cover your end of day train collection or evening venue hire.

4 Silver Package - Half Day Delegate Rate Our Silver Package includes all of the basics plus a few added extras to ensure you have everything covered. Minimum of 15 delegates. Included in your package is: Half-day use of meeting room in Marwell Hall (9am 12:30pm) On arrival - Fair-trade tea / coffee and Danish pastries Mid-morning - Fair-trade tea/coffee and biscuits Flipchart, pens and paper Projector and screen Jugs of water Full access to Marwell Zoo during opening hours, on the day of the event, for all delegates POA

5 Gold Package - Day Delegate Rate Gold is our premium package and delivers everything needed to ensure your delegates enjoy a productive and highly enjoyable day. Minimum of 15 delegates required. Included in your package is: Full day use of meeting room in Marwell Hall On arrival - Fair-trade tea / coffee and Danish pastries Mid-morning - Fair-trade tea/coffee and biscuits Afternoon - Fair-trade tea/coffee and cake Finger buffet or sandwich lunch - or lunch at Café Graze Flipchart, pens and paper Projector and screen Jugs of water Full access to Marwell Zoo during opening hours, on the day of the event, for all delegates POA

6 Conference Rooms We offer 3 beautifully decorated meeting rooms which range in size to ensure that we can cater for all your needs. The Long Room Dimensions 6.5m wide x 9.5m long Woodlock Room Dimensions 5m wide x 8m long This airy room, with its deep bay mullioned window, is named in honour of Walter Woodlock who built Marwell Hall in the early 14th Century. This elegant room was named after Sir William Capacities Long who, in 1816, created Marwell Hall as we see it today. Long Room Seymour Library Woodlock Room Seymour Library U-Shape Dimensions 5.5m wide x 9.5m long Classroom The ornate fireplace of this distinguished room bears the coat of arms and motto of the Seymour family. Marwell Hall was owned in the mid 1500 s by Sir Henry Seymour, the brother of Jane, Henry Vlll s third wife and mother of King Edward VI. Theatre Style Boardroom Horseshoe Cabaret Style If you have a different layout in mind just ask and we d be happy to oblige!

7 Meeting Room Catering We offer an extensive catering menu, from breakfast breaks to a working lunch, tasty finger buffet or even a BBQ. For catering options please request our menu brochure. Additional Refreshments Additional Activities We also offer a selection of hot and cold beverages including fair-trade tea and coffee, a range of fruit juices, still or sparkling mineral water, biscuits, mini Danish pastries, slices of cake, fruit platters, or even bacon or sausage baps for a great start to your morning.
