Leipzig offers business professionals the choice of three up market conference and meeting venues with multi-media equipment and comfortable amenities in a one of a kind setting. These venues can accommodate small teams of up to 10 people, or larger groups of up to 130 people Leipzig also offers accommodation with 1 honeymoon suite, 17 luxury en-suite rooms and a three bedroom self-catering unit, which are tastefully furnished. A drive through our beautiful Vineyards during sunset with our tractor & trailer, enjoying a complimentary glass of sparkling wine. We offer a private wine tasting & cellar tours in our new boutique wine cellar. We also offer a unique experience of schooling the individual how to blend wine with their own creativity. Individuals are divided into groups, where they make their own blend. Groups taste each group s blend with a blind tasting and choose the best wine. The group with the finest wine wins the challenge. A tractor & trailer drive through the Nuy Valley, with a pit stop at Conradie Family Vineyards for wine tasting, Willow Creek for some olive tasting and ending off at Leipzig for a unique wine tasting at our boutique wine cellar. A delicious, candlelight 3 course set menu meal in our century old Red Wine Cellar.Prior reservation and dietary requirements is essential. Groups larger than 15 PAX will require a barman and waiters. Barman and R65 per hour. Sip & Cycle: Rent cycles from Worcester Manic Cycles and do the Nuy Valley Trip by cycle. Taste olive & olive products at Willow Creek, wine tasting at Conradie and Leipzig Winery. Total Distance of trip (From Leipzig to Willow Creek and back): 8 km. For the active and more daring, we provide more extreme cycling oppportunities. 8 ADDITIONAL NOTES CATERING Halaal Delegates: We do not have a strictly Halaal kitchen, but we can however cater for Halaal-friendly meals (no pork ingredients, meat from Halaal butchery). If there is some delegates that is strictly Halaal, we can get meals from Halaal caterers in town. We then just ask a R175 surcharge p/p on top of our prices for the pick-up/drop off of meals from Worcester town. Lunch waiters required for guests above above 40. (R65 per waiter) Please note the following: We require final menu and dietary requirements no later than two weeks prior to the function. We should be informed of any dietary requirements two weeks prior to the event. Leipzig can not take any responsibility if dietary requirements are given on short notice. If final numbers have changed, please let us know two weeks in advance. We require your timeline, agenda, activities and rooming list no later than two weeks before the conference. SAFETY AND SECURITY Leipzig Country House will take precaution for the safety of your personal items and equipment, but will not take responsibility for any damage or loss of any item or equipment. Leipzig Country House and its staff will not take any responsibility for any loss or injuries due to negligence or any other cause that led to a problem. Leipzig Country House reserves right of admission. CANCELLATIONS Should a cancellation take place within 48 hours after the booking confirmation, 100% of the payment will be refunded. Between 48 hours and 3 weeks after confirmation, 50% of the payment will be refunded. Cancellations inside 1 month prior to the conference date will result in a demand for full payment of the quotation & any other costs incurred by Leipzig Country House regarding the particular conference.

9 BOOKINGS, DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS Leipzig Country House do not allow for provisional booking to be made. We work on a first come, first serve basis for bookings. In order to confirm your booking with Leipzig Country House, a 50% deposit will be required to secure your date for the conference. A bank deposit slip or EFT payment as proof of payment and signed contract is to be ed to info@leipzigcountryhouse.co.za - We can also provide a secure credit link for payment. Final information and guest numbers for your function must be finalised 14 days prior to the date of your conference, together with the order events/time schedule. You will receive your final payable invoice 10days before your conference date. Please note that all prices for food and beverages are subject to change at any stage. Please ensure that you have been in contact with your coordinator or double check any possible price changes. Full payment must be made no later than 7 days prior to the conference date, with proof of payment send to Leipzig Country House. Any outstanding amounts recorded on the day of your conference should be settled no later than one day subsequent to your conference.
