1 SPECIAL EVENTS 2012 Artesa Winery is an extraordinary setting for a private corporate group experience: from our front terrace, a seemingly endless 180-degree view of the rolling hills of Carneros and shimmering San Pablo Bay. From our Vista Terrace, stunning views of Carneros, San Pablo Bay, and on a clear day, San Francisco. Surrounded by vineyards and pastoral countryside, Artesa feels as if it's in the heart of nowhere, yet our Southern Napa location is just an hour from San Francisco-much closer than most Napa wineries. Hospitality is key at Artesa. We're eager to share our knowledge and love of wine with all who visit us. We host groups from 25 to 300, for corporate receptions and dinners, educational tours, wine blending seminars, and guided tastings with our wine educator. Artesa partners with the wine country's finest caterers and suppliers, to ensure a customized experience to exceed the imagination. Whether your evening event is hosted in our Main Salon, Barrel Room, or on our expansive front lawn, the winery and our experienced event staff are devoted exclusively to your group. Our unique fusion of location, hospitality, and world-class wines creates an unparalleled event experience in Napa wine country.

2 PRIVATE DINNERS Our private corporate dinner package includes: Sparkling wine reception in our lobby or outside on our sweeping front entrance overlooking Napa and the hills of the Carneros wine region. Guided tour behind the scenes at Artesa Exclusive access to the winery venue including tables, chairs, and stemware Classic-level Artesa wines during dinner We invite you to select one of our preferred caterers for your meal preparation and service. Note: total wine allocation is ¾ bottle per person. Additional wine is available at extra cost. Tables and chairs are available for 125 guests. Additional rental charges may apply for groups over 115.

3 Receptions may begin on our Front Terrace in warmer months OPTIONS TO ENHANCE YOUR WINERY EVENT BARREL ROOM DINNERS Normally off-limits to the public, our subterranean Barrel Room can be customized for larger evening events. With the scent of oak in the air, the quiet ambience provided by thousands of barrels provides a dramatic setting for product launches, road shows, meetings, or catered dinners. (For guests; not available during harvest season.)

4 WINE UPGRADES Upgrade your evening s dinner experience with Artesa s finest wines. Many of these wines are produced in very limited quantity, and most are available only at the winery. We will carefully match the wines to your menu to ensure the perfect pairing! Supplement $15.00-$20.00 per person BARREL TASTING Our distinguished Wine Educator will dip into three different barrels for a rare peek into the early life of our limited-release single vineyard wines as they mature in French oak. You ll discuss the subtleties and strategies behind the creation of fine wine in its infancy. Supplement from $20.00 per person (50 guests maximum) PRIVATE GROUP WINE TASTING Enjoy a flight of our superb Reserve or Limited Release wines with expert commentary from our Wine Educator. Many of these wines are only available at the winery. Take a fascinating journey into the intriguing flavor characteristics of the wine, and deepen your appreciation of how best to pair food and wines. To add a further dimension, cater your degustation with local artisan cheeses or a custom-designed tasting menu! Supplement from $10 per person (not including food)

5 PRIVATE TASTING BAR During your reception, enjoy the ultimate private tasting experience. A dedicated tasting bar will be opened in our lobby, courtyard, or terrace and tastings of three of our finest wines will be served.
